Sam knew the local code and planned the correct number of circuits and breaker types for each location. Sam coordinated with the local utility to secure the service to the building (rural location) and with the HVAC and plumbing contractors to provide the circuits they needed for their equipment. The work was done quickly and for a fair price. Passed all inspections on the first try. I highly recommend ElectriPro and will contact them for any future electrical work.

I had a question about the hot tub performance a couple of days after the work was completed, so Mason came back to my house after hours and worked with me for over an hour and did not charge for his expertise. Mason, Will, and Christian installed the electrical…read morefor our new hot tub (50-amp, 240V circuit) along with three new light fixtures, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Their pricing was very reasonable and competitive, and the team was professional, courteous, and respectful while working in our home. While the three lights might sound like a simple project, the locations made it far from easy. Two of them were positioned in spots that were nearly impossible for me to reach or install safely myself. The third required relocating an existing fixture upslope on a vaulted ceiling and centering it perfectly over our dining room table. They handled it flawlessly. The work was clean, precise, and done right the first time. It's clear these guys take pride in their craft. I would gladly recommend Paxton Electric to anyone looking for reliable, skilled electricians. Mason, Will, and Christian were fantastic to work with.

If I could give a no star review, by all means, I would. I am absolutely disgusted by the fact that…read morenot only he took the job I needed done and BACKED OUT after 2 days (6 hours worth of work), but also the fact that he solely chose to only deal with my husband regarding the job. I called countless times, texted, etc with no reply from this plumber. Yet, when my husband called or texted his response was nearly immediate. That shows me this man thinks nothing more than that a woman is inferior to a man, which is an incredibly poor business quality and chauvinistic. When he came to refund the rest of my material deposit after cancelling the job he agreed to, he would not even make eye contact with myself (a female), rather he chose to direct all conversation to my husband. This was highly unappreciated as an educated woman, or a woman period for that matter. This plumber will not receive a pleasant review from me to ANYONE. I am not happy with the way he conducts business nor the fact that he is not a man of his word to finish a job he agreed to. If he thought it was too much work and too big a job, all he had to do was originally deny the job. Instead, we were led on to believe he was going to complete it for us and 2 days later, left incredibly upset by his lack of completion. The original timeline given for our project was 2 days. That 2 days turned into 4 days, which we were okay with due to circumstances regarding COVID. Those 4 days then turned into a 'few weeks' scenario which was ultimately unacceptable. Even after he tried 'cutting corners' on our job by not wanting to complete every item on the original list of needs, we agreed to his way and it ultimately led to him cancelling the job. As previously stated, he will NEVER touch another piece of my plumbing or electrical nor receive a recommendation from us. We are highly disappointed in him after we hired him based on a good review from my husband's family.
