They were very thorough in what they inspected. It took about 45 minutes to do their adjustments in the home and another 30 inspecting the outside of our house. When they finished they went over everything with me and quoted out a price. The evaluation was free and their price was lower than a few competitors so we used them. They showed on time at the date agreed upon. They got to work quick. The foremans names was Marco. He was really good at getting everything set up. He had copies of what needed to be done. He was able to get the entire job completed in two days with 28 piers being placed. They used covers on the ground and got all of the dirt put back together. I was happy that some of the cracks in the home closed. The brick work gaps were also closed. They sent an email with the warranty after as well.

Volcano finished the project strong taking time to completely clear the job site, grade the dirt properly around the foundation, even power wash the existing areas to clear construction mud. I chose All Under One Roof because it was the first one we found online, but I was clearly shocked…read moreat the outrageously high cost for rebuilding a deck. The contract is extremely vague, and I genuinely thought some of the basic things are part of the whole project, especially due to the extreme price would be covered. For example, the contract included installing two ceiling fans, but when I asked when they would be building it, they said they would not supply the ceiling fans, and I had to buy two ceiling fans, which added to the already overpriced pricing. After they collected the last check, they preceded to not paint anything, leaving unfinished work behind, and mind you, they said on the contract it didn't write down about the painting part. so it's not their responsibility. However, they found so many loopholes in the vague contract, the deck still looks unfinished,The wood flooring they placed later had 3 to 4 inch gaps between themselves, only after a couple of months. The wood flooring would constantly shift, and we resorted to nailing them in so to get rid of the huge gaps. But even with that done, at the edge, the left unnatural gaps in case of shifting however I doubt the planks would have ever moved so far apart, had they decreased the size of the space. The door they installed, was done terribly, can't close properly, unless the deadbolt is latched. The door also lets water in the house. There are large seems between the door and the doorframe. Overall I would not recommend this company.
