I have to admit that my expectations were low, but I was blown away by Dr. Cipollone. She was absolutely incredible. She was kind, respectful, and thoughtful. She apologized for my wait time, but then patiently talked me through everything, answered all of our questions (my cousin was there with me and helped me navigate the situation). She ended up putting 20+ stitches in my mouth and lip, and I was sure that I'd end up with a terrible scar (as I tend to get keloid scars).
