Every single day. I have seen doctors across the United States and abroad. The answer is always the same: my nasal bones were shaved so thin that no surgeon will touch it out of fear the entire structure will collapse. I am unfixable. Let that sink in. I wake up every morning unable to breathe through my nose. I sleep poorly. I get migraines. My quality of life has been diminished in ways I could never have imagined when I walked into that office as a young woman who simply wanted a smaller nose. Since my last update, I have continued to receive messages from other patients, many of them young women, who experienced the exact same outcome. This is not an isolated incident. This is a pattern. To anyone reading this in 2026 considering this doctor: please, I am begging you. Read every review here carefully. What I am living with is permanent and irreversible. No amount of money, no revision, no specialist anywhere in the world can undo what was done to me. Do NOT let this man operate on you.

I've seen Dr. Dreschnack a few times about my wrist pain and also recently underwent surgery by him. During my office visits Dr. Dreschnack takes his time answering all of my questions. He has a soft-spoken demeanor which is very soothing. Most doctors are condescending and/or intimidating. Dr. Dreschnack is none of those things. It's the little things a doctor does that make a world of difference. Like when he has to inject my wrist he makes sure to first inject me with lidocaine to minimize pain. I've had my wrist injected elsewhere and the injections were so painful without first waiting for the lidocaine to take effect. As for my recent surgery with Dr. Dreschnack he took the time to explain the entire process and explain exactly what to expect. On the day of my surgery he was not feeling 100% himself yet he did not let that affect my surgery in any way. The scars he left behind are very small and he even called me the night of my surgery to make sure I was okay. More so Dr. Dreschnack is also very responsive. He replies promptly to my emails and even gave me his personal number for emergencies. Lastly, Dr. Dreschnack is a true humanitarian, I enjoy the stories of how he travels abroad to correct cleft lips for babies that wouldn't be able to otherwise afford the surgery. One the day of my procedure, his assistant applied a topical anesthesia. We waited for some time, maybe 45 min. Next, Bodian came in and started to apply what I guess was a laser to my face. It stung like hell, and I could smell my skin burning. When I told him it hurt, he was quite annoyed, saying that the topical should have worked. To proceed with the session, he suggested that I have injections of yet another anesthesia, but after a few painful shots and then yet more removal of the spots, I asked him to stop. My face was on fire for a few days after -- blisters everywhere. I tried Vaseline all over. I washed it off and then my entire face was puffy and sore. And then the scarring happened: small, dead-white scars (I'm a white woman, Irish complexion) that are permanent. And, outside of the Sebaceous Hyperplasia, I have had pretty beautiful skin all my life: stayed out of the sun for over 40 years. The strangest weirdness occured at the end of the procedure. I told him I hated the entire procedure: he told me that these "things" would come back and that I would be back to see him -- full confidence on his part. Bottom line: I have no idea why Bodian decided to do this procedure even when I told him it hurt and even when I could smell burning flesh. My flesh. My face. NEVER would I use him again.

1 Star 11 months…read morepost-op Before moving forward with Dr. Alizadeh's "NaturaBra" Breast Lift and fat grafting, I strongly encourage others to do thorough research. I underwent this procedure nearly one year ago with the understanding that it was long-lasting, provided excellent results, and had a 20-year track record. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Shortly after surgery, I noticed a reduction in breast volume. At every post-op visit, I voiced my concerns and asked about the possibility of additional fat grafting. I was consistently told that additional grafting could be done if necessary. However, by my 6-month follow-up, my breasts had significantly deflated to a small B cup--I had originally been a D/DD. I was told to expect a full C cup, which clearly did not happen. When I expressed how unhappy I was with the result, Dr. Alizadeh showed no empathy and responded, "There is nothing I can do." He then told me I didn't have enough fat for additional grafting--something he never mentioned during the previous six months. I left that appointment in tears, feeling completely dismissed and unheard. Out of distress, I consulted with several other experienced and compassionate plastic surgeons. Here's what I learned: Too much breast tissue was removed--comparable to a breast reduction. Fat grafting results are not long-lasting--only 30-50% of the fat survives at best, and additional sessions are often necessary. My nipple-to-breast fold measurement is too long and needs correction. My vertical scars are raised and red, requiring laser treatments. I now need a breast revision surgery to restore size and symmetry. The revision will include: Breast implants to restore volume Galaflex internal bra for support Skin removal from the lower poles for proportion Laser scar treatment I now wear padded bras and feel extremely uncomfortable in my body. This experience has affected me emotionally, physically, and financially--and will require more time away from my business for corrective surgery. I was unfamiliar with fat grafting at the time and trusted Dr. Alizadeh's reassurance that his technique was different and long-lasting. He did not fully disclose the limitations and risks of fat grafting or the potential complications from a breast lift. When issues arose, he did not take responsibility and showed no interest in helping resolve them. My advice: Get multiple opinions from board-certified plastic surgeons. Ask direct questions like: "What happens if I'm not satisfied?" Be cautious of anyone who promises long-term results without full transparency. This was the most disappointing medical experience I've ever had. It's devastating to feel like a doctor turned his back on me instead of standing by his work. -- Christine
