I had consulted with another plastic surgeon who was going to remove fat from under my eyes, Dr. DiTredici informed me that doing that procedure would make my eyes look sunken and would age me, he explained that by building up my cheeks with fat graphs it would balance my face. I am so happy I didn't use the first surgeon. His office was clean, his staff was friendly and he was available, he even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any problems after my surgery. He is a smooth and attentive salesman for the first session or so to draw you in, but then will milk you by withholding prescription refills until you buy appointments in advance - HIGHLY UNETHICAL. Due to work, I was unable to make a follow-up within 4 weeks of my last appointment, and he refused to refill my prescription for the month until I paid him for a full appointment to be conducted later. Then, when I came into that appointment, he refused to refill the remainder of my prescriptions because I had only specified one specific one that NEEDED to be prescribed and did not "specify the others" when I made that appointment, and would not refill them unless I paid for another appointment in advance. Completely unethical! Furthermore, he has such an inflated sense of ego - he is more interested than lecturing you in what he thinks is what is wrong with your perspective or your experiences instead of actually listening to what you have to say. He talked more in our sessions than I did. Additionally, for my first 2 appointments, he was OVER THIRTY MINUTES LATE. I waited in the hallway outside his office for THIRTY MINUTES both times, and he still charged me more than half of the full amount for the session. The only reason I had to see him for so long was that I had trouble finding appointments with other doctors near my work. DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM.

She even taped my conversations with her each time I called the office. The most heartbreaking of the conversations was between Janice and a very sad young woman who desperately wanted the doctor to perform revision surgery on her nose. Janice's cold, cruel reaction was too much for the woman. She committed suicide. Janice knows the damage her husband inflicted on people; yet, she didn't have the decency to make him stop. I regret that decision every time I look at my botch stomach. Surgery Day Prior to the surgery Dr. Marco Jr. gave me a bunch of pain pills to take (instead of being put under general anesthesia) I watched Dr Marco Jr numb sections of my stomach, break up the fatt and than suck it out of my stomach. The process is quite disturbing. When he injects the fatt into your butt he doesn't numb your butt (to prevent it from swelling) It's extremely painful, and I have a high pain tolerance. After a 6hr surgery he brings a mirror in the operating room to show you your new butt. I immediately started to cry, the amount of pain I endured and the money I spent was not worth it. Dr Marco jr got angry at my reaction to the BBL surgery and he stormed out of the operating room. The nurses got me up to dress me, their was liquid pouring out of my 3 liposuction incisions. I almost collapsed, the nurses through me on the operating table and wrapped a "dog wee wee pad" around me with a ton of tape. I had the surgery on Friday and my follow appointment was Monday. Post Opt Appointment When Monday came around they had no record of my follow up appointment. I waited over an 1 hour to be seen for my follow-up appointment. When you have a BBL you can't sit down, you are pretty much standing or laying down for 3weeks. I was standing in the waiting for an 1hr, not to mention dealing with the pain, physically and emotionally. After surgery the demeanor of the doctor and staff changed, the customers getting consultations become their priority. My follow up appointment consisted of me taken before and after photos. I I told Dr Marco their's still a Noticeable amount fat patches in my stomach.Dr Marco jr. advised me I needed to wait, when I brought up the concern regarding my butt being smaller than what we discussed prior to the surgery. Dr. Marco did want to take responsibility for his botch work, giving me timelines that weren't going to resolve terrible fat extraction, and my butt isn't going to get bigger. Several weeks later my stomach was healing uneven and deformed. Follow-up appointments During a follow-up appointment, I met another patient of Dr. Marco, (in the waiting room) we begun talking about our surgery experience as well as follow up appointments. I told her It honestly been a nightmare dealing with Dr. Marco and his staff. Dr. Marco past by in the waiting room didn't acknowledge me. Dr. Marco senior wife, asked me to follow her into a private room. She began yelling at me, she asked me leave the facility. I am a patient that literally just had surgery and she wants to discontinue services. I refused to leave the office, she threatened to call the police Post surgery it is really crucial that you get the medical attention you need, kicking someone out of the office when they need to get a deep tissue a massage and see the doctor is extremely dangerous and unprofessional. She told me I was not allowed to talk to the other patients. After months of tearful Follow-ups appointments, finally Dr. Marco Senior decided he would perform more lipo to fix the fat patches, but refused to do a fat transfer in to my butt. My second lipo experience was performed by Dr. Marco Senior. I waited in the operating room for 3hrs. It was so freezing and I had not timeframe when the surgery was going to begin. I was given the pills right before the doctor walked in, which didn't give me enough time to work to become fully numb. I did feel a couple needles puncturing skin stomach ( he was extremely impatient) The results of the second surgery wasn't any better. Dr. Marco Senior suggest that I might need a tummy tuck, my stomach has always been flat (I don't have kids/ or extra skin.) Although he did shame me by saying that I've had basically so much work done already. I mentioned other things that I wanted and he discouraged everything I basically salt I didn't wanna do any work at all on me and I believe it's because I've had work before and he's not good enough or confident enough that he won't make a mistake. After this "consultation" if you could call it that was over he said thank you and walked out. Aside from a little work on my nose he basically didn't wanna do anything. I understand a doctor wanting some things to look natural but again he didn't want to do anything because I've had work done before and I don't think he felt confident enough. The girls at his front desk were really sweet very nice very helpful this Doctor was cold with flippant attitude and Terrible bedside manner and borderline rude. Doing a consultation is also trying to drum up business. And in that case he's a terrible sales person so he did me a favor because I'd be really nervous getting anything done with him. It really shocked me how much he made me feel unwelcome. I wish I would've read the bad reviews first and at least I would have been a little bit more prepared. He also never suggested anything else like laser or noninvasive treatments and when I would say something like this area bothers me he would say oh it looks fine.
