He informed you that he would be able to help me and I drove right over. This was at approximately 5 PM on a Thursday. They close at six, but Luis made sure that my life scan was done before he left for the night. It was very involved and being that it was a live scan for a job in a different state, the forms were different and the process was more elaborate than what was usually required. We go to…read moreSandals Resorts twice a year, and she's also helped with some other trips I've taken to Las Vegas, Disney, etc. Some people think they do not need a travel agent, but when something goes wrong, a travel agent is priceless! I've had 3 hurricanes interrupt my trips, and rescheduling everything is not fun and can be hours and hours on the phone. If you have a travel agent, they do the work for you, so you don't have to worry about it! Last year, we were on a flight to JFK, and we were right over the airport and about to land. Fog came in and they turned our flight around and took us the whole way back home! This meant we were going to miss our connection and not get to Barbados!!! This happened around 6:30am eastern time, so it was about 3:30am where Debi was. I messaged her to let her know what was going on, and just assumed she'd see it when she woke up. Well, to my surprise, she answered me!!! She helped me to get everything rescheduled, and we got our whole trip rebooked for the following day, so we didn't even miss any of our vacation time! Things like this are the reason you use a travel agent. And having a person that answers you at 3:00am and answers all my Facebook messages is why you should use Debi. I'm not going to guarantee that 3:00am thing, lol. But when your travel plans go wrong, you want a person like Debi helping you out.
