This is a review long overdue. My family and I first used Laila's services in the summer of '18 for…read morea short trip to Maui. This would be our first trip together outside of hitting the open road and we were looking for someone to make sure it was done right. We struck gold coming across Laila and could not have asked for more. Our trip included a wide range of activities to include diving, zip-lining and a luau. Accommodations were carefully chosen to give our family the most comfortable stay we could have. Fast forward to the Fall of '22 and we were in planning for a 2 week European Vacation over Spring Break '23. Laila was extremely attentive and energetic throughout our planning and had so many great ideas that we had no doubt we would get the best experience possible. Honest discussions helped us to hone in on what tours and attractions would best suit our family and I think we nailed it. Her estimates were spot on and we were not caught off guard by any cost adjustments or fees. When the time to leave for our trip came close, we ran into some snags that started to wear down on us. Strikes and protests in areas we were set to travel began to cast doubt that our trip would be a success and then I was alerted by our airlines that our outgoing flight was canceled. Just days before departure! I immediately reached out to Laila and she responded rapidly at an hour I wouldn't expect anyone to be up reading emails. She was able to find out what caused our cancellation, confirm an alternate departure flight and prevent us from losing a few days on the trip we thought wouldn't be possible. During our trip, her service only grew better. She kept communications with us and was kind enough to make sure we arrived at our destinations on time. We were even welcomed by a lovely gift from Laila in our room that was honestly a highlight of our trip as it reaffirmed us that we had been well taken care of and our enjoyment was firsthand. We are a family of 4 in our mid 30's and I understand that not many people my age reach out to travel agents. I do not think I could have confidently created a trip this enjoyable and stress-free on my own while tending to my normal day-to-day. Laila has my highest recommendation and we will continue to use her services for future vacations. Thanks, Laila!

I had gone to four places and was on my third hour of trying to get the live scan accomplished. I called shipmate plus and spoke to Luis. He informed you that he would be able to help me and I drove right over. This was at approximately 5 PM on a Thursday. They close at six, but Luis made sure that my life scan was done before he left for the night. It was very involved and being that it was a live scan for a job in a different state, the forms were different and the process was more elaborate than what was usually required. Luis went above and beyond in every way. He was kind, he was patient, he was funny and he was smart. If not for him, I never would've gotten this completed. Highly Recommend

Earlier this summer, our family had the privilege of taking a vacation through Nice, Florence, and…read moreVenice. We originally attempted to plan everything ourselves--flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing--but quickly realized how overwhelming it was to manage all the moving pieces. That's when we decided to try a travel agent (with all the online travel booking sites, I didn't even realize they still existed!) And we are so incredibly grateful we did! From the very first conversation, Natalie took the time to understand our family's needs, interests, and travel style. She handled everything--airfare, hotel reservations, ground transportation, activities, and dining recommendations--with such care, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm. She even thought of things we hadn't considered, and her advice elevated our trip in ways we never expected. One of the most helpful tools she provided was the TripPlan app, which housed our complete itinerary, step-by-step check-in instructions, flight details, hotel info, and all our travel arrangements organized by day and location. It also included Natalie's personalized suggestions, travel tips, and hidden gems for each destination. That app became our travel bible--it truly made the experience seamless and stress-free. What really stood out was how much Natalie cares. She clearly has deep knowledge of each destination and it shows in the thoughtful touches and curated experiences she builds into her plans. She went above and beyond to ensure that our family had a memorable and meaningful vacation, and we felt fully supported every step of the way. Natalie didn't just help us plan a vacation--she helped us create lifelong memories. We can't thank her enough and are already looking forward to working with her again for our next adventure. I have been using Debi for years. I am what you might call a Sandals addict, lol. We go to…read moreSandals Resorts twice a year, and she's also helped with some other trips I've taken to Las Vegas, Disney, etc. Some people think they do not need a travel agent, but when something goes wrong, a travel agent is priceless! I've had 3 hurricanes interrupt my trips, and rescheduling everything is not fun and can be hours and hours on the phone. If you have a travel agent, they do the work for you, so you don't have to worry about it! Last year, we were on a flight to JFK, and we were right over the airport and about to land. Fog came in and they turned our flight around and took us the whole way back home! This meant we were going to miss our connection and not get to Barbados!!! This happened around 6:30am eastern time, so it was about 3:30am where Debi was. I messaged her to let her know what was going on, and just assumed she'd see it when she woke up. Well, to my surprise, she answered me!!! She helped me to get everything rescheduled, and we got our whole trip rebooked for the following day, so we didn't even miss any of our vacation time! Things like this are the reason you use a travel agent. And having a person that answers you at 3:00am and answers all my Facebook messages is why you should use Debi. I'm not going to guarantee that 3:00am thing, lol. But when your travel plans go wrong, you want a person like Debi helping you out. During my visit, I experienced excessive wait times, poor communication, lack of follow-up, staff behavior. What was most concerning was lack of communication. I understand that hospitals can be busy and that healthcare professionals work under significant pressure. However, patients and families deserve clear communication, respect, and timely care. In my case, I had to wait 3 days for an MRI after that their wasn't a care plan to follow up. I had to advocate for myself for proper treatment. I am sharing this feedback not simply to complain, but in the hope that management will review these concerns and take steps to improve the patient experience. I would appreciate having someone from leadership contact me to discuss this matter further. Thank you for your attention.
