Gutters cleaned, downspout unclogged, dryer vent cleaned, and everything hosed down and cleaned up before Jerry and his crew left. My two story house has lots of gutters. Donnie used Google Earth to generate a quote within one hour hour of my request. Jerry and his helper were able to come out the same day. They did an excellent job, unstopping the blocked second story gutters, cleaning and rinsing both the first and second story gutters. They also thoroughly cleaned around the outside of the gutters, the downspout area, and reset some loose concrete tiles. Great Company with wonderful people doing the work, and with a decided sense of humor. They did a wonderful job of cleaning 18 year old sediment from my gutters, and then I decided to do Christmas lights. I opted to pay for the whole house perimeter. Our house is 3500 sq. feet. We've lived in our home for 13 years and have never had the windows washed. We are amazed at home much dirt and grime we were living with. I guess you don't see it until it's gone. Not that we will miss it! Jerry and his team were fantastic. They showed up right on time, took down all of our screens, and wiped out the window tracks. Everything was very clean. Not enough stars. I had no idea how dirty my windows were until Five Star cleaned them. They look like I replaced them with brand new glass! Sun screens were all removed and cleaned as well as the tracks (which were FILTHY and now look brand new) we have 20 foot ceilings with windows at the top and oddly tall and narrow windows on the stairs- all were handled with ease. If I could give this company TEN stars, I would. My husband and I are do-it-yourselfers who always did our own two-story house cleaning (inside and out) until two weeks ago. As a Christmas gift to each other, we decided to hire services that got EXCELLENT ratings, to give us more time to take care of other family obligations. We needed someone to clean our windows and gutters, and checked Yelp. EVERY REVIEW for this company was 5 STARS, also with glowing comments unsurpassed service and results. We knew no one personally who had hired them, but felt we would take the risk of bringing "strangers" inside our home because of the raving reviews. They surpassed even our high expectations!!! We did not need to "prep" in any way. Donnie and his crew arrived on time, set up quickly, and worked diligently on our windows, gutters and other services for six hours. Their attention to details, energy level, cautiously working to not damage the house was awesome. Donnie is an expert on the science of cleaning many systems and services, and he understands people and how it feels to have outsiders come into your home. Since his company also offers many other services including Dry cleaning vent (which needed it badly) and spray-washing, we asked for both. His crew spray washed the front façade and porch, and my oh my, it was WELL worth the expense. The cobwebs are gone, swallows nests are gone, dust is gone, and even 99+% of the algae stains (there are no guarantees on removal of such stains) are gone, and our textured paint remains intact, because they CAREFULLY spray washed to avoid paint damage. Our house looks new again, though it's almost ten years old. Our windows sparkle inside and out, the screens are immaculate, and our gutters (some of which are not easy to get to or into) are totally clean. They repaired (free) one of our horizontal blinds. All of his employees (he brought three wonderful specialists with him) were respectful, industrious, careful, dedicated, strong, and detail oriented. If the "world" is getting you down or life isn't going great, or you are too tired to clean anymore, consider treating yourself to CLEANING with Five Star Window and Gutter Cleaning. They will restore your faith in mankind, and your ultra clean "home" will make you feel better about everything.
