Spent 15 minutes watching thru the window at the professional not being able to get my filter loose. I finally walked out and nicely told the kid to try turning the filter the other way. He was trying to tighten it and could see that thru the window. He then finished the oil change. The same professional moved the truck to the next bay to fix the tire. I watched him put the impact on the plastic rim center fake lug without removing it. He spun the impact and broke the plastic cover. If this is the kind of professionals they are hiring, I don't know if they could handle the responsibility of flipping burgers at the closed burger King next door. Just letting my feelings be known.

The "soft touch" option was $15 and quite possibly one of the longest, most relaxing car washes I have ever been in. You sit idle as a washing contraption glides over your car. The first few passes of the scrubbers are light and increase as the wash progresses. A voice announces each phase of the wash. Once complete there is a 60-second timer to count down your dry time as you leave the bay. I stopped before getting back on the road and we came out mostly bug free!
