It turned out to be a great experience. I spoke with Mike on the phone. He sounded very professional and caring. As I explained the situation to Mike, he said he could be there in 20 minutes and he could tow the car to the nearest tire shop, so the car's tire can get repaired/replaced the next morning when the shop opens. He also said he would turn on his emergency light on his tow truck, so my son could identify him. Mike showed-up within the 20 minutes he promised. He carefully inspected the flat tire and determined it is something can be easily fixed. So, he fixed the tire on the spot and my son was able to drive home safely. This not only saved us the expense for towing the car, it also saved us from the hassle of going to the tire shop and pay the expenses for repairing or replacing the tire. Code 4 Towing definitely deserves the 5-star rating it received here for their service, their honesty and their customer caring. It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades).
