The tile man came the next day and he also was fabulous. My problem is that the invoice I received was not itemized. They measured for the tile backsplash. I paid them for the tile, they sent way to much tile and will not take back the extra. They only carry 2 colors of the tile. I picked the white, I was told they could not refund the extra because it was special ordered. White wavy tile, one of the 2 colors they carry. interesting that it was special order.

We have expirence many delays for various reasons. Communication with them was was difficult many times, through text message and a few Phone calls. There were many excuses for the contractor not showing up when he said he would and supplies always delayed . Then they tackled all our countertops: bathrooms, kitchen and finally all the shower glass. While it was difficult to not have access to all our rooms and of course the disruption of having to move everything off the surfaces, now that it is all done and our home gleams, I am so pleased I did this.
