He and his boy were on time, actually asked if he could come early, which was fine with me. Dusty was obviously much better than the original hauler, who canceled at the last minute on me. They were respectful of my furniture and home, being very careful not to cause any damage. I could also see that they were meticulous in securing items on the truck and trailer, so it wouldn't end up on the roadside somewhere. When I saw that he had extra space on his truck and trailer, I asked if he could also take some additional items for disposal. Dusty was very accommodating for accepting extra items I wanted gone. Dusty and his boys were prompt, organized, and responsible individuals and I will definitely use their services again!

They installed a bathroom septic pump that started failing immediately. Two licensed contractors inspected it and found multiple code violations: a wrong pump, no ventilation, and toxic gases spreading through my house near the heater. Lance admitted the work wasn't done correctly and promised to reimburse me for repairs. I paid $6,000 out of pocket to have it fixed properly over a month ago. He keeps postponing payment and hasn't paid me back. The bait-and-switch with companies, the unsafe work, the broken promises - it's a pattern. Check public records before you hire him. I wish I had.

Took way longer than he said it would take, probably due to lack of proper tools. Left his mess from all of his cuts when he was finally done. 3-not their fault, but the core-tech lvp sucks. You can see footprints instantly, dry feet leave marks, paw prints leave marks, can use any cleaner or it will look horrible. Scratches fairly easily too which it's marketed as good for pets and kids so that sucks. 4-went back trying to get our measurements so we could plan out replacing them and were a manager had to get them for us and they would call us. Never called. Called and reminded them, never called. The gal wasn't helpful or very kind. Do not recommend them or coretech lvp.

I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

The company's representative, Tyler, could not have been more helpful. He arrived as promised to assess the condition of the roof, take measurements and make recommendations. The estimate arrived in my inbox the next day and was a full $6,000 lower than what the first contractor proposed and lower still than the second company's estimate. Tyler's recommendation for the color of the shingles was perfect and compliments the colors of the house and Perrenoud's crew was great. Despite the fact there were 2 layers of shingles on this roof, water damage and a skylight that needed reframing, they finished the work in 2.5 days. This is a GAF roof with an exceptional warranty and will definitely outlast me. If you're looking for great service, quality and a reasonable price for a new roof, this is the company you want to call.

Sub contractors allege money withheld and false claim made money was refunded to client (me). Allege Idaho public records show another lawsuit filed as recent as July of 2025. We had multiple metal valleys on a steep "artisan" roof fail. They were installed incorrectly…read moreduring our home build, but we didn't realize the problem. Andre, on recommendation from a real state friend of mine, came by at the last minute (after we had a leak!) and in cold, unfavorable weather, to make an assessment and a plan. His estimate was reasonable. He knows his business! He stuck to the plan and the estimate and was able to very carefully and expeditiously replace the metal valleys with the proper materials and technique, while keeping me closely informed throughout the entire project with pictures from the job. He communicated very well and always had excellent explanations. We initially had other roofing companies come out to take a look at the job, and they really were pushing for us to accept that we would need a new roof because they didn't want to be responsible for doing a repair. This was their recommendation, even though the rest of the roof looked absolutely in great shape. Andre was much more reasonable and confident in his ability to do the repair successfully, which he was able to do. We have not had any leaks since then and the roof looks very good. All in all, I highly recommend Andre and his company. It's comforting to deal with a contractor or roofer who you believe is not only intelligent and competent, but also trustworthy.
