I called all across town to find a location that would reinstall/paint my front bumper after it had been damaged in cross state transporting. I had the replacement bumper on me as well, which can be a deciding factor for businesses to accept business however I found a reputable body shop that told me to reach out to Frost finishes and was recommended. Upon briefly speaking to Paul(Owner) a couple days before he was very prompt at answering and giving me a quote . He was able to squeeze me in and take me the start of the week. The day of taking it in Paul was able to take a look at the parts and verify everything would be ok before taking off. Very nice guy to work with and it's nice to know we're contributing to the small guys and not corporate. I was impressed by his photos of the work online so I chose to bring in a rear diffuser to quote for install as well, he quoted me on the spot and I was very impressed with his knowledge when I asked him about the install. Was very happy he was able to install it on the sudden. He was able to complete the work in about a day. Upon arrival , the car looked phenomenal. My significant other is a designer and man was she even impressed with the color of the paint match and you could just see the quality of work he puts into his vehicles . A guy with passion showing pure excellence through quality of work .It was a pleasure doing business and would recommend him to anyone . Remember not everything good is cheap and not everything cheap is good however frosted finishes wins in every category . I hope people can contribute to this business and lets make him grow ! If you have a nice car (mine was a 2011 Audi) that had a minor fender bender they will total it out (to probably resell to a friend) and give it back once you when you refused to let them keep it, with warning lights on that weren't on before before (because they may have been disassembling to resell) and were told to get off the property before the end of the night. Sorry you got one up Brett and I will spred this story everywhere. You should be ashamed.

Everyone at the body shop has been friendly, communicative, and professional. The people who work there seem terrific and I don't have anything negative to say about the actual interactions I've had with the shop. The damage happened over the December holidays, so I didn't expect them to be completed particularly fast, as delivery of parts over the holidays is expected to be spotty. However, the estimated date of completion has been pushed back for the third time, and is approaching 5 full weeks now - it is nearly the end of January. The first estimated completion date they gave me was two weeks ago. It's now been pushed back over 2 weeks because their parts deliveries for my Prius have been incorrect or missing important pieces. I can't blame the shop, but their parts vendors are clearly not dependable and I feel that by the time a shop gives you a third estimated date of completion, it should be correct. While I'm not unhappy with the actual service they have been providing, this experience overall has been miserable due to delays. I have had to continually renew my rental car to accommodate this extra time. In short, alpine has a great, accommodating staff at their body shop. Unfortunately, they apparently have incompetent vendors for their parts that have soured the entire experience. That said, the work they did was perfect once it was all in place, and everyone there is so friendly and honest, so I can't give it less than 3 stars. I will gladly give them another chance when I can plan for not having my car, as opposed to right after an accident.

My…read more12 year-old car had an unfortunate scrape with a concrete parking block which it lost resulting in the shredding of my fender liner, breaking of connectors that held the bumper to the left front side panel, and the dislodging/breakage of one fog light and one headlight washer. The first two places I took the car to wanted well over $2,000 to repair the damage largely because of the cost of replacing the fog light (which I've never used) and the headlight washer which I didn't care about (I didn't even know I had one and can wash the headlight by hand). Burnside Collision understood that I didn't want to spend one-quarter to one-third of the value of my car to repair relatively minor damage (the car still ran fine). They installed a new fender liner, reattached the fender to the side panel, put the dislodged fog light and headlight washer back in place (albeit non-functional) for less than $400. They even gave me a free car wash that was the equivalent of detailing the outside. And the work was done in one day once the part came in. They understood what I needed and wanted and charged me a reasonable price for the work. I highly recommend them to you.

Drop car off at 10AM the day he requested even though it was extremely inconvenient for us, called multiple times towards end of day to inquire about when it would be ready and we were put on hold, asked to call back and then ignored. Came right at close to give them the full day to work on the car and the car had not been touched. In fact, it was left in the same parking spot that we had dropped it off in. The worker whom we dropped the key off with claimed that it was the owner's fault the car hadn't been touched despite us dropping our keys off with them 6 hours prior. Well they were busy cleaning a Tesla Model X which goes to show they value "luxury" cars over individuals who are flexible, pay full price and tip well. As a small business owner myself, the way we were treated was less than stellar and would not recommend. Quality of work doesn't outweigh quality of service, they go hand in hand. Don't go here.
