I highly recommend getting your car serviced at green drop, it's such a great experience, I didn't feel pressured to get anything unnecessary, I didn't feel uncomfortable, I didn't feel like I was being talked down to, it was lovely all around. Being a woman in a mechanic/garage is usually a weird experience but this didn't feel that way at all, Eli was such a friendly and helpful person, he made the time I spent there very nice. I called them and they quoted me a reasonable price and made an appointment for two days later. I took the truck in at the appointed time and they offered me a ride home. A REAL bonus with the price of Uber or Lyft these days. They got the work done on time. They did a complete inspection of my vehicle and made a few recommendations but they did NOT push those at all. I have been to a lot of service businesses in my time and this was truly a GREAT experience. They will definitely get my business again and my recommendation to everyone I know. Awesome service. Got called back saying the motors needed to be replaced for the wipers, $440 total cost. Had coupon for $60 oil change, and one for $50 off repair. Was billed $800, math isn't mathing. Also they wouldn't say the problem was fixed and the oil change "maintenance required" wasn't reset, while I am sure they did the oil change, it's annoying we had to go online to find how to reset the message. Be ready to fight over prices or have quick service because they don't have any one else waiting.
