Our time was cut in half because of the argument and the owner made all paying customers leave without any refunds. We will never go again. Both people were out of control and the owner smelled of alcohol and was slurring her words. My daughter who's a minor had see this violent confrontation until I could get her outside of the building. Completely ruined my family's night out.

I spoke with the manager later and he told me that he would speak with his staff and also gave us some game points to make up for the trouble. I hope they continue to enforce the rules because part of the reason people come to these places is they have fun not to get into conflict with people and their delinquent behavior.
