You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. They do have the annoying kiosk that they flip which asks for a tip. As for the restaurant, it is in an old Pizza Hut that has been redecorated. It is clean and bright. If they drop their prices about 30%, I would go back. But for what they are charging, there are much better places to dine.
