It has become our "go to" when no one wants to move off the couch because Top Gear or Britain's Got Talent is on. Where this place make their mark is their punctuality. Delivery is super quick - as a matter of fact, unbelievaby quick. My favorite dishes are the Fried Chicken Fritters and Lo Mein Combination. I noticed from what I had ordered that I was missing a happy meal, it became apparent the App failed to record one of my happy meals, McDonald's solution was for me to drive around the Drive Thru again and reorder the said meal, this was a very busy lunch time and would have taken 10-15 minutes, whilst my current order would have gone cold, I spoke with the Shift Manager and Assistant Manager separately and they were both rude and unwilling to practice any decent customer service and rectify this fault with their own processes. In fact when I pointed out that they had a front counter till they could ring the order in the Shift Manager told me the till was so busy that it was not possible and the Assistant Manager told me that they didn't have any front counter tills - so one of them if not both of them were lying. After this several minute altercation and by the time we got home the food was cold and inedible. My advice is don't go to this unit, clearly they are busy and customers are just numbers, they clearly don't care about the service, food quality or tine it takes to be served. We ordered The Don, The Bo Peep, chili cheese fries, and plain fries. One nice thing about is that their menu rotates regularly and so these items aren't currently on it. First of course, the burgers. Pic 1 is the Spicy Bo Peep, a lamb burger with halloumi and tzatziki. It was delicious but could have been spicier. Pic 2, The Don, was picked for inclusion of chorizo, nduja mayo, and pickled chili and was very well cooked and tasty. With chorizo, nduja mayo, and pickled chilli I expected it to be sweeter but it was still delicious. The chili cheese fries were great, crispy and soft but very tasty. The only complaint was the very stingy application of cheese, we would definitely have preferred more but the meat and chips were delicious. Plain fries were good. Overall very satisfied and would definitely return.
