Worst service I've ever experienced. This is the worst five guys I've ever been to. I went here a couple weeks ago and was charged for 3 burgers when I only ordered one, they said that there was nothing they could do and couldn't give me a refund. Then when I walked in today the boys working the front were talking crudely about a woman's chest. Which is so disgusting and unprofessional. Next I ordered $40 worth of food, and half of it was inedible. My fries were so extremely salty I couldn't eat them. I used to love going to five guys but after this I will never go back. read more

Visited this location about a week ago and was very pleased. The young girl that took our order was very nice and helpful with our questions. After we ordered the salted fries she told us her favorite are the Cajun fries and asked if we wanted to try some with our regular ones. We did and now they are our favorite also. We appreciated the suggestion from her to try them. Their food is always great, I don't eat hamburgers so I get the grilled cheese and it's yummy. But everyone I was with said their hamburgers were awesome! read more

Fries are excellent, burger is good, toppings options are fantastic. Dining area seems designed to make you NOT want to dine in. Awkward layout, tables and chairs too close and too many. Trying to get a drink or fry sauce puts you blocking traffic flow. I might be back, but there is no way in hell I'm going to try to dine in. That must be why they serve every order "to go". I'd think more highly of the joint if it wasn't so uncomfortable to be there. read more

They are very disorganized and unfriendly at this location. My husband had ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mayo, tomatoes, lettuce and grilled onions. He received a bacon cheeseburger with mustard, lettuce and pickles. The management there is very unmoving when it comes to compromise. We had ordered something off menu(cheese fries) and the employee said he would still make it for us. The supervisor became upset at this and just wanted to hand us a slice of cheese. The employee was reprimanded for the off menu order in public. Which seems not only unprofessional but very embarrassing. I truly hope the fact their employee tried to make the customer happy will not affect his job. read more

Unfriendly employees who seem like they would rather be somewhere else. It's been over a year since I've been to a 5 guys because they increased their prices. I decided to give them another chance tonight and noticed there was significantly less number of fries with my regular fry order. I also ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a little bacon cheeseburger. I asked about why the decrease in fries and the guy who rang up my order- Eddy O pretty much called me a liar and told me to order more fries. I'm sorry but if I'm paying more for a burger I'll go somewhere else and get more for my money. Not happy and will not be back. read more

Five Guys makes a pretty good burger. I like that I can add just about whatever I want on it. Over the last couple years it has seemed like the price has gone up and the food has declined a bit. They used to dump plenty of fries in your bag but now there are just a few bonus fries in the bottom of the bag. Tried an online order and wont do that again. I walked in at my prescribed pickup time and walked over to the pickup area. I was asked if I had an online order and confirmed I did. They asked "are you Brian" and I nodded my head yes. At this time everyone behind the counter seemed to yell "Brian is here". It was a little over the top and I wouldn't have been surprised if they got on the PA speaker and made sure anyone else in the whole building that didn't hear the first time now knew that I was now in the building. I've had bad luck the past 3 visits to this location. Just had two incorrect orders. I ordered 2 "Little Bacon Cheeseburgers" and asked for only "mayo, lettuce and grilled onions in both." I joked that I didn't need to ask for bacon or cheese since I ordered a "bacon cheeseburger" they laughingly said of course. Well - I should have because I found no bacon in both of my burgers. I also didn't get tomatoes - and no grilled onions in both! I'm not that picky - I would've let one thing pass, but to get 3 items wrong in both orders is pretty bad. As I mentioned, I've had similar problems the past few visits. Maybe it's just this location or its new management - but something just isn't clicking there. The smallest $4.99 fires I have ever received at many different 5 guys. Burger was COLD. Staff were indifferent and didn't give a shit. Had to order 2 More large fries and spend $70 to feed Two small children and 4 adults - I will NOT BE BACK. read more

I think the burgers alone are enough to fill you up and they have tons of flavor. The place was pretty clean and the sitting arrangement was nice. The prices however are outrageous and they hand you the food in paper bags which just adds to more waste in the world. I tried some of the Cajun fries and it would have been nice to have some fries with that seasoning- it was way too much seasoning & it didn't taste Cajun at all. read more

I just want to give a shout out to this Taylorsville location. Tanaya (sorry if I killed that) was absolutely incredible. Placed a large order for co workers and one of them has really bad allergies. She made sure that she handled that order with the best care. Hope management of this facility will recognize her. I will come back and hope to deal with her great service again. Absolutely amazing food an even more amazing customer service. I picked up a to go order a few weeks back and unfortunately their was a mistake and I called to inform the manager. He was so apologetic and went so beyond out of his way to make the situation correct. I work at a restaurant and understand mistakes happen, it's what's done to rectify the situation that makes the difference. Amazing Burgers. I love the options. My fav is "All the Way" with A-1 sauce. The Cajun Fries are good too. A lot of food. Even the hot dog and grilled cheese are amazing. The service is prompt, professional, and fun. Always clean here too. I love this place! read more

I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I didn't see any $5 burgers though (as advertised). The employees were all very friendly and helpful and the cajun fries were really good. The burgers were mediocre though which was kind of disappointing considering they are a burger joint. I don't know that we'd go back because it didn't seem memorable. read more

The BEST burgers and fries in the Valley, hands down. Love the meat on the burgers. Taste the way it did when I was growing up. The fries taste like they did then too! Only thing missing is a chocolate milkshake to complete the meal, but I'm pretty satisfied with a Coke! read more

I normally love this place. I ordered Cajun fries and they gave me regular. When I asked them to switch it they wouldn't because the order got entered as a regular fry. I told them I wasn't the one working the register. The best they could do was give me the Cajun seasoning to put on the fries myself. So apparently I'm supposed to be working the register and seasoning the fries. Funny that I missed the new employee orientation. read more

We loved the Five Guys in Jordan Landing! Not only are the burgers exceptionally good (super juicy and fresh), but they also took extra care to make my burger since I'm allergic to gluten.
