Wow, this is my first time at Five Guys and I am impressed by how delicious the burger and fries are. it's quite authentic and very fresh which differentiates their burger from other franchises. The service was fast. I do wish they had a drive thru, I am pretty sure the traffic would be heavier if they had one. The restaurant itself is very casual, and laid back.

Solid burger and friendly service. I'm never mad at eating at this location. They keep it pretty clean and tidy and there's always seating available. The burger is always flavorful and I love me some grilled shrooms and jalapeños. The fries can be hit and miss though. Sometimes they absolutely nail them and they're slightly crisp on the outside but still soft on the center but sometimes they're just plain greasy or - even worse - soggy. Can we talk about what happened to the prices here though?! Yes, inflation suck, I get it. But $25 for a burger, fries, and a drink just feels crazy for a fast food spot.

Amazing food!!! My fave burger joint, better than in n out bc their patties are so big and thick! So much flavor. Also love their fries!!! Always quick and easy to order. We go almost every week (lol). Will definitely keeping coming back!

Friendly staff, good burgers and you get a ton of fries even if you order a small. . Very clean sitting area. Quick service. A little expensive, but still worth it.

We first discovered this place about a year ago and, tbh, we were not immediately impressed…read more.. mostly because we ordered the wronf things, I think... But... The service was incredible. One of us ordered a salad and she did not like the dressing it came with. One of the employees (Willis) overheard her mention it and was Johnny on the spot offering to remake the salad with a different dressing. Months passed and we went back. I immediately noticed how friendly the staff was. Like crazy friendly. Like... maybe they even enjoy their jobs friendly (in food service that is pretty rare). This time Jerry took our order. Super friendly and interactive. I mentioned that he seemed really happy. He informed us that one of his favorite artists was dropping a new album that night and couldn't wait to hear it. We went back a few days later and Jerry was there again. I asked him how he liked the album and then we got into a discussion of music. We discovered we had very similar interests. Anyway, we are now very regular customers. I have met Jerry, Willis, one of their new hires, Miah, and their new Manager, Travis. Every time I go in, if I meet someone new, they are just as friendly as everyone else. I am slowly getting to know them all. Also, I now have my favorites. The Almost Fried Chicken is really good as well as the Chicken Parm. If you are looking for a place with a positive atmosphere and good eats, be sure to put this on your list.

The salads were fresh and really good, and we tried a few different sandwiches that were all very tasty and flavorful. Everything tasted fresh and well made. Was greeted by a gentleman cleaning the tables outside. Specialized in Italian Deli sandwiches! Ambience is very nice and cozy inside! Lots of imported meats from what I saw and they had tiramisu and house made cannolis! They have a whole case of Italian sweets which is a big plus! I opted for the Friday tuna sandwich which was soooo tasty! The picture speaks for itself! And the staff was very kind in helping me chose the perfect sandwich for my first time! Also the prices are extremely fair given the top tier quality of meats n breads used!

My sandwich was filled with meat, cheese, olive spread and served on lightly toasted focaccia bread. The was very filling and the olive spread had a nice zesty kick. The chips were lime and pink salt flavored and made by a company named San Carlo. I enjoyed the flavor and were not at all greasy. The sandwich was on special that day, so the whole meal cost me $15.25 before tax. The service was good and the restaurant had some fun decor to look at while I waited. It's a great little deli I'd visit again.

While the flavor was decent, it definitely didn't match the price point. We also tried the turkey sandwich, which was underwhelming and lacked the flavor we were hoping for. It felt like more attention went into the restaurant's aesthetic than the food itself. On a positive note, the customer service was great and the decor is fun and well done. Unfortunately, that's not enough to bring me back. For the price, I expected much better quality and portion sizes.

I've visited this location several times over the years, but unfortunately I've noticed a decline…read morein overall quality and organization. The kitchen area often appears quite cluttered, with food occasionally on the floor, which raises concerns about both cleanliness and employee safety--especially since some staff appear to be wearing sandals without non-slip mats in place. I've also noticed inconsistency with glove use; some employees wear gloves while others do not, so it's unclear what the food safety policies are. Typically, there seem to be about three employees working at a time--one at the register, one preparing sandwiches, and another rotating between stocking, refilling, slicing ingredients, and assisting with food prep. During busy periods, the sandwich station appears rushed and disorganized. I've also observed that the slicer is not always wiped down between different food items, which could be a concern for cross-contamination. The dining area generally looks clean, although tables can sometimes take a while to be wiped down, even during slower periods. The restrooms are acceptable but fairly basic. The staff seem to be doing their best under the circumstances, but improved organization and stronger oversight from management could help create a safer and more efficient environment for both employees and customers.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a couple of employees at the balloon archway at the front of the restaurant, handed each of us a National Tri Tip Day sticker and told about the specials they had for this event: free tri tip sandwiches for the first 100 people, $5 draft beers and a chance to win free tri tips for 1 year. They were decently busy, so we opted to order at the outside pickup window and take our order home to eat. We ordered 4 tri tip sandwiches to take home ($43.21 with tax). When I opened up my Buckhorn Rewards App, I saw that I had an 1 year celebration reward (5oz Burnt Ends w/ Fried Onion Strings), I redeemed that with my order. At the ordering counter the had a QR code to enter their "Free Tri Tips for a Year" drawing, which I entered. Both their tri tip sandwiches and Burnt Ends were delicious! They had some side sauces (chipotle ranch and sweet fire BBQ) that I poured onto the sandwich and then I dipped the sandwich in their Au Jus which was a great combination. I believed the tri tip sandwiches are normally $15.50, but were $9.99 for today's event, it was a great deal. Buckhorn BBQ and Grill is a great place for the BBQ meat lover. Their prices are not cheap, but the quality is there. They do have some deals on the menu and specials on certain days such as $10 for 3 fish tacos on Fridays. Don't forget to join their rewards program for free food.
