Don't order Five Guys with a delivery service. They seal the bag (not dogging that) before the delivery driver can verify your order. I ended without a burger and a small fry instead of a regular size. When I called the store, the manager answered a phone like a childish teenager and didn't really give 2 cents about the issue. Apparently he was fine with someone eating their cold ass, half-cooked disgusting fries for a meal. I don't want a half-assed apology, improvement would be much better. And considering you've had most of quarantine to get the delivery pickup correct - MAJOR FAIL. It will be a cold day in hell before I eat here again. read more

I've been back probably a dozen times now since the last review. It seems like my burgers have been perfect every since! Cajun Fries are where it's at!! Tip - I usually get my condiments (ketchup, mayo, A1, etc.) on the side and add them later. The sauces tend to make the burger soggy. read more

Probably one of the best Five Guys bacon cheeseburgers I've ever had came from this location. It was not overly greasy, and had good amounts of all the condiments I asked for. I also got the typical ridiculous number of fries, which were well-salted and hot and delicious. Also a little pricey calorie-wise, but if you are eating a cheeseburger and french fries, I'm guessing calorie count isn't the most important thing to you - at least for this meal. Consistently good food, made fresh when you order, puts Five Guys in a burger class all its own! The staff at this particular location is smiling and friendly whenever I visit, even when they are busy. You may have to wait a bit longer for your "fast food" but it's definitely worth the wait! Five Guys is definitely a great place to cure a craving for a burger. They offer a lot of toppings variety so you can get a new taste combination every time you go and the food is always fresh. The fries are pretty decent and they give you way more then you need so don't be afraid to order a smaller size. The staff here is friendly and you get your food pretty quick so its worth stopping in to get a tasty burger. You can also call in your order and pick it up so that is nice if you're on the go. read more

We had this delivered through Uber Eats and my first complaint is that the food was cold by the time we got it, but we only live 5 minutes from the restaurant and I know from following the delivery through the app that the driver picked it right up and came straight to our house. Was not a "shared" delivery. And we've ordered from Uber several times before and have never had cold fries before. But worse than this, two of the burgers had incorrect toppings. We have never had this problem, so maybe it was an off night. We won't be in any hurry to get Five Guys again anytime soon! read more

First off, I was very impressed how clean the restaurant was even at 5 minutes before close. The young cashier was explaining to a non-English speaking family very politely and patiently how the burgers are made and which toppings are free. The cooks were staying busy assembling some tasty burgers, including ours. I always get a little burger "all the way." (All the free toppings) I have never been disappointed. Its ok. I got the little bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries and I purchased a meal for a friend. We've been wanting to try it out. So we got two burgers and only purchased one regular size Cajun fries. It was enough for 2 or 3 people because they give you so much fries. The guy that created us at the counter I think was Mr. Five Guy himself! Very professional and spoke very clearly. The burgers were fantastic, all the toppings are made fresh daily and you could add as much as you want (even the bacon! Are you kidding me?). The fries were close to the best I've ever had. What else can you ask for? All for just over $20 for the wife and I. We split a small order of fries which was just enough because it is quite large actually. I cannot wait to go back! Yummmmm. This is the best Five Guys location in Memphis. The staff is efficient, the food is good, and the restaurant is clean. You will have to wait 6 or 7 minutes because everything is cooked after your order is placed. Fries are made (on site) from real whole potatoes. I had the little (single patty) bacon cheeseburger, small fries and small drink and I couldn't finish everything. The fry portion is huge! And the drink machine is fun to use (I like the Coke Zero Vanilla). It's as close as you can get to In-N-Out Burger in Memphis. read more

The food is great, best burger I've had (&I'm picky) . Yes the drink fountain is outrageous! I've haven't seen anything like it, the selection and ease of using. Ate there Sunday night 7/10/16. The Bartlett restaurant is nicely located and has plenty of parking. The staff was very upbeat, friendly and super attentive to their customers. The food was fresh, hot and very tasty. The toppings for the burgers are delicious. My eating partner had somewhat limp fries and as the staff came by to inquire if everything was fine, yes they did go from table to table and asked the guests, she mentioned that her fries were a bit limp (they really were) - within minutes she received a freshly made batch of fries, with a smile and an apology. The food, for being fast food was delicious and tasted fresh. The staff, well they made the evening, very friendly and welcoming - well done Five Guys!! We will be back. read more

I went to Five Guys for the first time yesterday (5/2/13). My youngest son and I met some girlfriends for lunch. I really enjoyed the bacon cheese burger and the fries were great! 5 guys does a good job of providing a above average burgers and fries. I like that I can choose my toppings from a wide variety of options. Becuase of the food quantity and high caloric intake this is not for me vary often. However every now and then it is a good choice for better than average fast food. read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat. I recommend the bacon cheeseburger with pickles,onion,tomato,grilled jalapeño peppers and a-1 sauce. I've eaten here several times. Every time I go, the food is perfect. The burgers are simply amazing., the Cajun fries are addicting. I can't say enough good things about this place. We did not have a good experience this visit. Usually, the customer service is excellent and the food pretty good as well. This time, when I requested my burger to be burnt (as I usually do) the young man cooking said "I'll cook the meat the way it's supposed to be cooked but I will not burn it". The manager was standing right there and did not say anything about the way he spoke to me. I opted to not purchase any food and I was told "do what you want to do". I've never encountered anything like this at this location before, and I will not come back again.
