There's two spots to literally dump out your bottles as a guy sorts and counts. The process is very fast, in impressive fashion the counter sorts and throws each can/bottle to its appropriate bin. Some bins were a good 15 ft away. Both gentlemen that were sorting were very quiet and didn't seem to enjoy their jobs. I understand it's a bit messy, but they should turn a radio on. Place is cold but again it's a place to do returns only. The 6th day of the month is a return on each can/bottle of 6 cents instead of 5... great deal. I see the benefits of not taking them to a store like wegmans... this is faster and easier.

Five minutes or less for this process (As long as there are no lines. Peak hours equals several folks waiting in front of you.) Here's the bonus: for every five dollars you spend you get a free raffle ticket for their monthly drawing for all different kinds of things. I was very excited about getting it at a price I could afford. A few days after the auction and it still hadn't shipped.. I knew something fishy was going on. I finally got a message saying they cancelled the sale "due to a stock error". I suspect when it came time to ship, someone looked at the price it could have sold for and stopped the sale. When I pressed for more info they said there was damage when they took it off the shelf so they can't sell it. I was aware of some damage, I saw the pictures, so I asked them what the extent of the damage was? and said I might still be interested. They have not responded. You would think if they are being truthful they would want to get rid of the damaged item even more now.

So I just decided to go elsewhere. If I make an appointment for a two-house window, I assume they would come within that window. Otherwise, what's the point of making an appointment?
