Once I walk in, I see all kinds of eye catching colors & articles of clothing. Clothes on the left wall, right wall & right in the middle... plenty to choose from. What's funny is a day or so before the visit, I was telling myself how I wanted more buttoned short sleeved shirts & I found two at great prices. Both shirts were $10 a piece & there were other pieces I went back & forth on that averaged around $8-15. I look forward to coming back more often because I enjoyed a lot of selections that weren't in my size, which made me on the hunt for more of the inventory whenever it's updated. Shelby, the owner, was super nice. She was also telling us about a special they were having with certain discounts on jackets & sweaters. I took 2 plastic kitchen garbage can bags full of clothes and they hardly took anything. I felt like half of it was pretty sellable. They gave me either $12.80 in store credit or $9 something for cash. I took the store credit and bought a pair of pants. They are very friendly there, which I really like too. It is a place that is geared more for younger people and so I can understand why they didn't buy a lot of my things, but I used to sell a ton of my stuff in Amarillo at a store that had more space. So, I know my things are sellable. Some of my things even had the original tags on them and had not been worn. I'll definitely keep shopping there.

First, I visited the store with a large amount of gently used clothing, expecting a professional and fair evaluation. Despite the fact that many of the items were in excellent condition and included quality brands, only a few items were accepted, and I received no clear explanation for the refusals. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued, especially after spending time and money to bring my items in. Additionally, during my visit, it seemed that the criteria for what items are accepted were excessively restrictive and inconsistently applied. When I looked around, I noticed similar items on the sales floor that appeared comparable to what I had brought in, which made the rejection of my clothing feel arbitrary. While I understand that resale stores must be selective, I believe customers deserve clear criteria, respectful communication, and professional evaluations. I hope Daisy Exchange will review its processes and update their website indicating more details as what they are accepting to avoid confusion. I would look for a different consignment store to sell your items as this store in Tulsa Ok is a waste of your time.

The girl went to ring me up & I was so excited when I left the store. I didn't realize that she didn't apply the 25% off & remember I just told her I had the coupon. She didn't physically take it from me, she rang it up on her side. That's what I thought anyways. I didn't get the discount & the girl conveniently doesn't remember.
