I asked the girl at the counter to let my young daughter please go to the restroom--- of course she says no and lies about them not having one... well where does the employees go? Outside? We were paying customers but I tossed aside our items and told her to screw off and we will NEVER bring our business to them again! Ran a few stores down to the wonderful nail salon and they helped us rush her back but it was too late. She was humiliated and I'm livid with that crappy Sally beauty store... We had to drive all the way home so she could change her clothing and we could continue celebrating her birthday--- REAL NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE (eye roll) There's a reason they have less than 2 stars!!!!! After a mix up with the payment method, I called customer service, who then assured me that the entire $40 late fee had been waived and I was left with a balance of $0 after paying off my card. Imagine my surprise when I opened a subsequent statement and there was a balance for the late fee and late fees for the late fee! What??? So I called CS again who at first told me there was nothing they could do, but then later in the call told me they could waive only $15 of the $31 fee. I said fine, I would like to pay that off now. Oh wait, they said, it is a $9 fee to pay it over the phone. So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. Protocol, she says, is I have to just believe her and the confirmation will be coming by snail mail in 7-10 days. Will this headache ever end??? Seriously. Save yourselves!!! This has been a PSA.
