They have a HUGE selection of natural items like deo, toothpaste, and hair care. It's also a great place to buy workout clothes - other than that I don't find myself looking at the clothes very often. I stick to the outside aisles.

This one is in a newer building vs. others being in very old buildings. And if you can't find something in the other Department stores you may very well find it here. I didn't do any shopping on this visit (which means I had no employee interaction), I was just checking out the place and killing time before meeting with family for lunch. I do plan on returning when I'm feeling spontaneous and want to find something I can't anywhere else.

I have bought shoes, bathroom decor, kids clothes and dresses. Be careful with clearance clothes, make sure items are not stained or damaged. If You are willing to dig for a gem, you may find one. This Ross store is way better than other Ross stores. This one does not have clothes in the floor and items just pitched everywhere. They also sell luggage and jewelry too. I've always known the companies were owned by the same company so I wasn't surprised. I was pleased to walk in and request a service order. My wedding ring enhancer was purchased at Leroy's as well as my Levian ring. I have to have them re-rodeiumed so often. Both are covered at no cost. I was worried going into a different store for the same service I've grown to expect from Leroy. The lady at Kays did not skip a beat, I was so pleased they easily pulled up my information and set up my service order and was out in a jiffy! Nothing at all has changed. She also cleaned my wedding set too while I was there and we didn't purchase that there. So glad I still have an option close to home still!
