My mom went to this store on Friday June 26th and she was treated so poorly by the STORE MANAGER. Her name is Tawnie Smith. This old lady was so ruined to my mom and her friend. My mother and her friend are both Hispanic ladies so they felt very discriminated, but they went into the store to find the dumplings for my mom's friend granddaughter, but my mom was also with my nephew and he then wanted the dumplings too. So my mom asked Tawnie if they had any available and she said they did and my mothers friend bought the dumplings but when it was my mom turns to purchase them she didn't not want to sell them to her because she said it was 1 purchase for household. So my mom told her that they didn't live together which THEY DONT, but Tawnie the store manager decided she just didn't want to sell them to my mom. My mom asked her why if they didn't live together and she was more than willing to show her her ID but Tawnie proceeded to make up an excuse that the dumplings were only for kids. Like I stated before my nephew was with her and he wanted them. So my mom then tells her then is my grandchild not a person because his with me and he is wants them but Tawnie did not care and just made the decision not to allow my mother to purchase them simply because she didn't want to. So my mother decided not to continue arguing with her so she proceeded to check out the items she was allowed to buy, but Tawnie decided she wasn't done harassing my mother and proceeded to harass my mom by demanding my mother to move from "her way" with a cart. My mom told her she would not move that she could go around. Tawnie did not like that my mother didn't move and Tawnie decided to push the cart towards my mothers way so the cart could potentially hit her, but thankfully it did not. We will be sending this to corporate because people like this store manager should not be managers. And these 1 purchase per household for items is ridiculous if they have not way of verifying that those people don't live together. I really hope this is a learning lesson for Tawnie because if anyone did this to her loved ones she would not be happy. read more

Second time going into this store, my daughter was good so I told her she can grab one thing when we get to the register the cashier wants to be funny and tells my daughter just this? You are not hiding anything in your pockets right? Because if you are I'm going to have to call the police! Are you freaking serious!!!!! I had just spent $175 at the Ulta you think we have the need to steal!!!!! I was so upset, my 15 year was bummed, my 8 year old was asking why did she think she was stealing. I'm never freaking going back, I rather pay more money and target than to go back to that store. read more

I had put in an online order and I was being attentive to my order since I placed it just for them to make me come all the way to Lancaster and say that they "forgot to cancel my order". Terrible customer service. Types of instances like this make a company look bad. SMH do better. read more

Let's preface this with the fact that I'm over 40 years old and while in your location I was on a phone call with my wife about what ornaments to buy. Girl on sales floor(white shirt black wings and face paint) kept following me after me repeatedly pointing to my Bluetooth headset and saying "I'm on a phone call". Girl at checkout(black shirt, black wings, face paint) was very rude about me not being allowed to ring up my own items. I've always rang myself out here. Why the attitude? Spent almost $30 to be treated like a thief? This place used to be a fun place to buy cheap toys/crafts for my autistic son and it's turned into a poorly stocked, messy, lack of respect/customer service disaster. read more

They never open on time. Opening time is posted at 10am, its currently 10:26 am and we are still waiting for the doors to open.

Employees have no social understanding of social anxiety. My daughter went in to just grab sometimes and try to work through her anxiety in social settings. Instead she was laughed at, at the self checkout because she said "no thank you" to being checked out. She is now crying and in a panic attack because the workers continued to publicly embarrass her while pointing out other stores are loosing self check out. That's nice she won't enter any other stores, compassion can go a long way with someone you don't know. My daughter didn't know self checkout wasn't a thing, I went in and there are no signs nothing to warn its no longer self check out. But yet I watched multiple other people self check out when I walked in myself. I understand theift is a major problem, but if you are going to remove the self check out shouldn't there be actual check outs? Not self check out booths still.. It was a bout time to close i guess because they din't say anything when i got there and my 5 years sin and my 7 years daughter were looking a toys at 2 feet away from me when they just turn off the lites with out sayin anything that the were closing or anything similar to other stores and my kids git panic and star screaming out if there lungs because there little and.
