Staff members have done a good job keeping it clean and well maintained. A lot of new and popular brands have opened their store here. It has direct passageway to the Path train station due to which gets a lot of foot traffic. The mall has three floors with top floor having the food court and AMC. The food court has some of the popular chains like Shake Shack, Chic-fil-a, Gong Cha, Panda Express and Sarku. The mall also has a Meet Fresh, Cheesecake Factory, Kura Sushi and Macy's. There are several other apparel, shoes, cosmetic and perfume stores in other two floors. The mall is spacious and open. The parking lots adjacent to the mall are not free. Depending on parking period, the parking cost ranges between $5-$20. We mainly come here when we are in JC and want to stop by Meet Fresh.

This policy extends to all goods, including milk. I just had an argument with the cashier about it, and he stated that it was the customer's responsible to check the expiration date. This practice is dangerous, and I would avoid the store at all costs, since they don't care about food safety. I don't know if other locations have a similar policy, so be aware.

The furniture area was bare minimal when I went and they were expecting more inventory to come soon.

For the most part, there is always a decent bustle of people going in and out of here at all times. I would know because, I'm one of them. Like all 99 Cent stores in NYC, this place looks as if it's been around for a long time. The signage is consistent with all the other 99 cent spots and the lack of ventilation (stale air) gives this place the proper feel that all locals will recognize from nostalgia alone. Service isn't the fastest, but I would assume no one comes here for this. What I do come here for is the random finds that this place tends to have and others don't. Usually I go in with a mission: find a charging cable, a temporary household good, or something I knew that wouldn't last me long and was good for the pinch. I usually end up walking out of here with a few more items than I anticipated for. That's the mark of a good store, me thinks.
