I went into Sally's for something that's usually pretty routine for me, but I was also having some hair concerns and, if I'm being real, I was having a pretty crappy day and just feeling really low. Nothing makes that better quite like also hating your hair These two women were seriously incredible. I had never met either of them before, but they treated me like girlfriends helping me figure out what to do with my hair. They listened to all of my concerns, showed me their favorite products, gave me recommendations, answered all of my questions, and were just genuinely SO sweet to me. I'm a girl balling on a budget, so even spending a little extra money on myself right now was something I had to think about. But I went home, used everything they recommended, and I am SO much happier with my hair. It honestly made me feel so much better. What probably felt like a normal interaction to them genuinely turned my day around. I came in feeling crappy about myself and left feeling excited to go home and take care of myself. That kind of kindness and customer service deserves to be recognized. So if management knows which two kick ass women were working tonight (Tuesday) evening, PLEASE give them the recognition they deserve. And maybe a raise while you're at it. They were amazing at their jobs, but more importantly, they were just really kind humans when I needed a little kindness that day.

When I was ready to pay, there wasn't anyone at the checkout counter but the employee who answered my questions came over to help me. When she looked up my account, my account was gone so she set up a new one for me. There were a few really great specials and I always that advantage of those in my annual restock.
