However the middles space of the store is an odd combination of items from seasonal, furniture, patio sets, clothes, protein and a few other things. The store was clean, well lit and well stocked. Mu only two issues here, which could go hand in hand, were lack of available staff and lack of carts. There were no carts from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. All the carts were in the corral's in the parking lot, so if you wanted a cart, bring it with you. The lack of available staff was unfortunate, as we had questions relating to computers and outdoor storage, but were unable to find anyone other than the associate helping with self checkout. And she honestly was at a loss as to who was available to help. Overall, I'll stick with Costco, but my folks seem to enjoy this spot.

I also love perusing the very back of the store where all the antique china and home items are located. Antique lighters, lipstick tubes, jewelry, cameras, and radios from the 70s and earlier fill the back room. I've picked up several special finds -- including a crystal gin decanter! The front of the store functions as a retro toy shop. Huge selections of action ficures -- from GI Joes to Star Trek to Lego -- line the walls. A real blast from the past, Full Circle satisfies all your retro, antique, nostalgia needs with good service and very friendly owners.

I am familiar with the store because of experiences at the Austell location many years ago when my son was a baby. It is a premium consignment store (think like Plato's closet) geared towards babies and kids where you can sell your new and used clothing, shoes and baby gear and buy these items as well. It is a step above the thrift store and you can tell the items they sell are vetted for cleanliness and to ensure they work (when you think of toys and gear). The staff is also friendly. On my first visit, I came across the 10 for $10 playsuit bins & thought this was awesome because I was looking for a specific size and was able to rack up without breaking the bank AND scoring some that were like new, new with tags and premium brands. I signed up for the rewards program and ended up getting sent a $5 off $25 coupon to redeem the next day and returned to use it on a gently used Graco swing that was only $40! After tax, the total was about $38 with my coupon. Talk about saving big. The swing retails for over $100 new and was in good condition! My thought is for things like this that a child will only use for a few months, it's okay to save. Overall, I am impressed with this store and will return in the future to buy and potentially sell items.

I decided Halloween morning that I wanted to throw a witches brew with a couple of my friend girls and early during the month I'd see some Lolita witch wine glasses at the Hallmark in Cumberland Mall, so I decided I needed six of those glasses to make my lil last minute party a success. One snag, Hallmark had marked down their Halloween merchandise down 50% a week before Halloween, so when I went into Cumberland, the glass was gone. I left the store with a list of other stores and my quest to hunt down as many of these glasses as I could. When I called this store, the lady that answered the phone didn't even know she was about to be tested by a customer service professional, but she caught on fast. I explained to her what I wanted and she politely asked me if I would call back as she was doing a gift wrap and the store was busy. Of course, I replied, that NO I wouldn't be calling back, that she needed to just have someone else look or I would hold. She placed me on hold and shortly came back not only with the information regarding the glass, but she was holding said glass in her hand and gave me a detailed description of what the glass looked like and took my name and place it on hold for me to pick up. When I got to the store, which is a 45 minute drive from my house, the glass was on hold as agreed and I asked the lady ringing me up if she was the person I spoke to on the phone and another lady that was behind me, stated that she was the person that I spoke with. I tried to apologize to her for being so short/rude/impatient/snobbish on the phone and she just laughed me off and said, just don't do it again to someone else. She agreed that I had been all those things, but admitted that when you work in retail, you are bound to have to deal with someone who wants everything to stop for them right that moment, regardless of what the store staff may be dealing with at the moment. She was so cordial, didn't even phase her how much of a bytch I had been on the phone earlier. The next thing I know, I'm standing there waiting for the cashier to hand me the glass and she says, oh, I thought you wanted it gift wrapped. I told here I didn't and we both ran to the gift wrap station to stop the lady that was now wrapping the glass. Such class and charm were all the ladies at this location, if it wasn't so far from my house, it could easily be my favorite Hallmark store. BTW, I was only able to find two of the Lolita witch glasses.

They also had more than four tables with discounted books ranging from $7.99 to $5.99 and $3.99. These were very popular books that came out this year, ranging from paperback to hardback.
