They have things for the house, gardening's, organization, snacks, and everything you could think of practically. The workers are nice when checking out. And there are some good prices on some of the stuff there. Some stuff is expensive, so ask someone if you don't understand their pricing system. It's kind of weird.

I spent almost $500 at this location recently and I don't know if…read morewhen the associate asked if I had a rewards account If they entered the wrong number or what but I had given my information along with scanning something in my app and somehow my transaction was not recorded to my account. Since I shop there often they always give a paper coupon as well as load it to your online account. Well, figuring the Kohl's cash would be on my app I threw away the paper. Once your Kohl's cash becomes eligible to spend they will send an email that you have kohls cash to spend and give the time frame to spend it. I had $80 worth of kohls cash but because something was not entered correctly there was no email or anything. It wasn't until 2 weeks after I guess it had expired I remembered it. When I went to check my transaction history there was nothing to be found on the app in my purchase history. I feel like that is the most important thing you could do as an associate at the register for this company. What a fail and loss of money especially during the holiday season. On a side note tho, only giving your customers a week and a half to use kohls cash is pretty ridiculous. 30 days seems more practical as well and reasonable to show appreciation for your customers. Most of the time the clothing in Ross is not true to size so a fitting room is essential. I normally take 5-6 items back to try on and might end up buying 2 because the others don't fit. No body wants to but 5-6 items, take them home, try them on and then return with the ones that aren't true yo size. What a hassle!!
