I shopped at this location earlier today with two of my daughters, and toddler grandchild. I noticed several times the same employee was mouthy with other employees. I assumed it was the manager on duty, since she was being a bit bossy and rude. We purchased two carts of items in three separate transactions. (Separate houses) The same employee was running two registers at the same time, and barking at customers very rudely to go to register 3 or 4. When it was my turn, she was very short and rude with her words and the volume & tone of her voice was absolutely unnecessary. When we walked outside, I said something to my family about how rude she was, and one of them said she had popped off really hatefully to her earlier in our shopping when she asked her a question. I don't shop in this store often. And, it's not because of the disorder, or inability to maneuver around carts, boxes, and shelf products lying in the aisles. It's the unkindness and unprofessional behavior that will prevent me from going in this store, again. read more

This is a neat place to go for things you wouldn't think of needing but suddenly you feel like you have to have. Nothing over $5 from seasonal fun items to cheeky tongue and cheek shirts. Every time you go into this store it seems to be different and like every other trip to this store I ended up with a variety of things I suddenly needed. One thing that was a great find was water shoes which I had searched for all last summer. As a travel blogger I trek to a lot of destinations and tend to need good shoes I can throw on to wade in water or sand. Never could I find a pair last year but here they had so many in several colors. Beach totes both insulated and non insulated they have numerous designs and prints. Electronics they have charger cords for android and iPhone in 3 different lengths all for only $5. Cheap wrapping paper, small household decor even facial masks for your own personal spa day. To be honest I thought this was some sort of kids clothing store. It wasn't until a review of another location popped up on my feed that I discovered this was a $5 and less store. Oh... ok... cool. We had an impromptu treasure hunting day where we were looking for good deals for fun. I remembered this place and we swung by. I was expecting kids toys, puzzle books, charging cables and tablet covers. I found all those things here but was extremely surprised by the variety of other items I found for $5 or less. I wouldn't suggest you come here if you are looking for something specific as I don't think they will offer the necessary selection you will need. An example would be a multi pack of stylus pens I saw. What am I going to do with so many stylus pens? If I wanted just one pen, or even 2 brands to choose from, that wouldn't be an option. However, a ton for $5 is a great deal! See what I mean? I think the real wonder about this place is the surprise offerings and the ideas you get from what you find. That also made it pretty fun. We found an awesome adhesive light for our closet. A solution we didn't remember we needed, but presented itself and was so useful. We also got a muscle tension ball, an item we knew we needed but hadn't purchased yet, it was unexpectedly easy to find and such a good price. I was surprised to see so many fitness items for $5 including yoga mats, clothing and shoes. There was also equipment like hand weights, balance boards, water bottles, stress balls, etc. Great idea for trying a new activity on the cheap. You can even build your own fitness floor!!! I had no idea I wanted to do that. The houseware selection was better than I expected with a great selection of DIY items, storage cubes, lava lamps, collapsible bins and décor items. The novelty shirts and bags pleasantly surprised me for the price point. There was an entire wall of games, a ton of toys, greeting cards, party supplies and trinkets. They even had educational books and a large tech section. Finding yourself having to prepare a lot of food for company or an event? There was a 42 piece Tupperware set for $5 at check out. It's kind of flimsy, but does the job for a last minute, short term need. Employees greeted us upon are arrival and were efficient at check out. This place was VERY clean, large and well lit. The best part was it's extremely organized, making it very easy to navigate and get in and out quickly, if needed. This was a neat little find and I think it's a great place to get items you never want to invest a lot of time and money into, as well as items you didn't know you wanted or needed. read more

Staff is always super nice. I love their safety precautions with Covid. I feel safe shopping here.

So I have over $3k in my bank account and their machine won't read my debit card. I ask " can you just enter the card?" The teenage girl working there says "we don't have that kind of technology" I ask can I use another machine "no". I literally could not buy a $5 set of wireless head phones just now. How poorly run are things getting now. She has ZERO ability to resolve that issue. Never coming back. Wish we could rate in the negatives here. While I like the inexpensive items and continue to return, I have had such poor customer service here every single time I come. For example today the cashier, a young girl, became very rude when I did not want to put my email on their list. She just shoved my change and bag at me, did not say thank you or please come back she just rolled her eyes and continued to gossip with the other employee about their complaints with their scheduled hours. While I am normally very understanding about workers having bad days, as it happens to everyone, in this case it was obvious I was somehow intruding on her precious time by expecting her to do her job. read more
