As an elder cripple person (MS) using 2 canes to walk I informed him about the MAJOR PROBLEM getting into the store. You're unable to use ANY of the hand rails getting up and down their stairs because of the SEVERE birdshit PROBLEM that adorns ALL the railings. In fact Kim had to help me down the stairs when leaving (she kindly carried my 2 bags to the car parked in handicap). Shawn the mgr told me they have a problem with the neighbors birds. They are infested with large groupings of birds and they like to use Lane Bryants rails. Since I had just used the bathroom (they wait outside your door til done) and noticed TONS of paper towels and cleaning supplies. TONS!! I told Shawn the mgr that those items would GREATLY GREATLY HELP AND BE APPRECIATED by all us old and handicap customers. But was basically pood pood me (no pun intended) and didn't understand that their neighbors problems make it Lane Bryants problem. Take a hose to it or wipe them down. It's that simple. I wish I had the luxury of your capable feet but some of us out here DON'T. That would make spending large amounts of money more palatable when shopping at that Lane Bryants location.

Further I found some really cute stuff and had a good experience in the dressing room which was clean and spacious. The whole store was clean and well organized, which made me feel safer given I hadn't been in a mall in quite some time. I would definitely return here!

Everything sat where it was supposed to sit, which felt almost unnatural for a store this size. Despite the sprawl, I found what I needed quickly, as if the shelves had been arranged by some benevolent hand that wanted me to succeed. Self checkout was quick and painless. The machines did their work. I did mine. Nobody complained. Out in the lot, there was plenty of parking. Rows and rows of empty spaces waiting for people to fill them with carts of back to school supplies and impulse buys. I did not interact with a single human being during my entire time there, nor did I need to. It was efficient. It was ordinary. And in a world that so often makes simple things hard, ordinary felt pretty wonderful. Four stars.

They were super kind and helpful to everyone in the store when they announced it which made a frustrating situation way less frustrating! I mean things happen out of our control and how you respond can make a huge difference! I got a few body scrubs and some hand sanitizer for my car so I was in and out fast.
