I haven't been to Brandon Mall in a while since covid, and I've been struggling to find a good…read morewomen's clothing store. I always have to order clothes online and end up returning half of them- or I just can't find anything in stores that I like once I try them on. However, this new boutique in Brandon mall has SUCH cute clothes, and I was very surprised at how well made they are. This store has the latest fashion trends- focusing towards young adults mostly, but it still has options that everyone would like. All of these clothing are mostly organized by color, which I prefer when I'm looking for something specific. The clothing do, unfortunately, range from Small-Large sizes. This is a boutique though, so that's understandable. I love how these clothes fit on me, and the staff was super sweet and helpful. Jennifer helped me find things, and offered to start a dressing room for me as soon as I came in- which I thought was great. I hate carrying clothes around the entire store. The prices are completely reasonable too! Going to chain stores, I always run into such high prices; I even end up paying over $30 for a shirt in some cases- which is INSANE. I'm so happy that this boutique has well-made and affordable clothes. There's a huge selection of colors too, and it's very well organized and clean in the store. I bought this purple dress for a great price and a really cute, white romper for $17! I will definitely be coming back to buy more, and I'm so glad I found this place! I will be recommending this to all of my friends. There's something for every occasion, and you should definitely take a look!

Night and day, not been around for a while. They don't sell stuff at reasonable price no more. No…read moremore buy to fix to resale. Asking too much for used shoes. Some clothes ok price but it's crazy that a lot of the donated stuff is being sold as new. The age of side hustle here has ended. At least we still got salvation army, antique stores and Some times light house. don't buy shoes there either though. Good for other stuff like goodwill is now. Place smells like an old warehouse, it always been like this. My problem started on the way out. They got rid of their from work force and replace it with self check out. I don't even know why? Im more weirded out they even have an inventory when most their stuff is donated. So im not an asshole with stuff missing tags. I actually rather take the high road and make sure they see im not cheating the system. I told the only person in a register about it. She spoke over me and directed someone else to her. When she understood what she did she called someone. Another person showed up and they wouldn't help me. After 30 mins someone comes and takes the pants n doesn't come back for another 15mins. To do what exactly? There's no way he gonna find inventory like it. They are donated clothes. Hence my argument about why even have inventory? Comes back to tell me just scan another pair of pants. BRO i told them this same shit at the start and they wasted 45 mins of my god damn time. Moral of the story? Don't waste your time they don't understand basic costumer service. Just scan another item in your basket and move on. Nobody is really giving a damn about quality control anyways. Why should you? By all means scan the same item 3 times and enjoy your $7 bucks of whatever. This place was way better with human cash register that knew what they were doing. Provably not coming back unless my family wants to but me on my own time? No way. I got better places to go.

I thought this store was too big, loud, and hard to find products…read more I guess I expected to be more like Hobby Lobby and I felt it was more like Dollar Tree. They did have lots of soft blankets for sale and the clearance section had decent prices. We could not find items easily that we were looking for and didn't seem to find anyone to help that wasn't on a register. If you're looking to shop early for a holiday at full price they have it (Easter, 4th of July, St Patrick's day) I suggest waiting for the clearance prices. This store was too impersonal and commercial for me.

It's also a great place for holiday décor sales. The Halloween & Thanksgiving items are 75% off, and the Christmas items are 50% off as of January 2024. Unfortunately, this last visit was a mixture of the good and the ugly. The good was that they are stocking even more items than ever before. If you can't find it anywhere else for a good price, then you'll definitely find it here. The employees are always very nice & helpful. The ugly was the restroom situation. I should have known right away when I saw the dirty door leading into the restroom. I'm not exaggerating when I say it is absolutely atrocious. I certainly hope that the employees have their own private bathroom. To add insult to injury, they had no paper towels or toilet paper in the dispensers. Most likely because they were all rusted and falling apart. The toilet paper roll was just sitting on top of the toilet tank lid. The paper towel roll was by the sink. How many hands have touched these paper product rolls? It was horrifying! I had to use my own hand sanitizer after touching that towel roll. The only thing operational in that restroom was the soap dispenser on the wall. Honestly, I don't remember it ever being this unsanitary. I hope management can get with their corporate office to get a total renovation. It's very sad.
