After booking an appointment online and paying out of pocket for the two services, I decided to read the Yelp reviews..... whew. Honestly, I thought about cancelling my appointment because of some of those one star reviews (and responses). But let me tell you, I am SO glad I didn't!! Every single person was so wonderful and pleasant to interact with, from the front desk ladies, to the assistant (Karen), the hygienist (Vicky), and even the dentist herself. They were all very genuine, upfront, and honest about every step of the appointment and made sure I was always physically comfortable and aware of ALL costs (what they will bill insurance and what you pay out of pocket). The cleaning was great and thorough, Vicky was fun to chat with and she even took extra time and care to get some leftover orthodontic cement off of my teeth from an old permanent retainer. I unfortunately had to reschedule the whitening portion of my visit due to getting a cavity filled, but even the drill & fill process was surprisingly quick and almost completely painless and I'd rather reschedule a cosmetic procedure to maintain the overall health of my teeth. I also purchased their Wave Kit on their recommendation, and when I got home, I noticed that there was a small issue with some of the products. When I called the office, the front desk lady knew exactly what I was talking about and was very apologetic and offered to send me a refund without any hassle. I am hoping that I can pick up another one at my whitening appointment, but they can also ship it to you which is convenient! TL;DR: I highly recommend Waverly, you'll finally be excited to go to the dentist!!

He continued to gripe about how my earring was in the way of all the images and would ask my why I could not open my mouth further. When I responded "it hurts" he did not seem to care at all that I was in pain. As far as the earring goes it was fused closed and I have not been able to remove it since the wreck when I tried to explain that he continued to cut me off each and every time. I think I was cut off in mid sentence about 15 times through my consultation. My favorite was when her personally insulted me when I did not understand a question. I was trying to clarify and instead just got insults dished at me the entire time. Even if he was the only specialist I would rather deal with the pain than see him. He lacks empathy and should take a course on bedside manners. He even quizzed me about how I obtained my dental molds and such and when I told him he dismissed That Explanation. He also told me that everything was in alignment and my retainers should fit... but they do not. Never did he even have me put them on To even check. This accident I was in was extremely traumatic and has impacted multiple portions of my life. I did not need to be treated by him poorly on top of everything else I have to deal with. The only reason this review gets 1 star is because he staff was very pleasant. I should have listened to the recent terrible google reviews on his office. I would also like to mention that I was there 12 minutes before my appointment time and still had to wait 20 minutes past my scheduled time.
