Looking to shed a few pounds, I recently signed up for her M-F 3 meal a day w/ snack Fit Lifestyle Meal package. You don't have to choose (although you can give her restrictions) and the food is really great with a lot of variety. I'm too busy to feed myself (rationalization, I know) and to be able to have someone just plan for my 1200 calorie a day, wheat-free menu has been a real blessing.
