I stopped by yesterday for my first time and a lady with long brown hair helped me. She told my…read moreorder was 159.01, I did not think nothing of it and gave her my card. She had asked me if I wanted my receipt in the bag. Before I purchased, I asked her if I could exchange due to some of the items were my daughter's and I was not sure they would fit her. She said yes as long as I exchanged from the same area. I left, brought them home and looked at the receipt, and it was not itemized. I tried to figure out the tax but it did not add up to 159.01. My daughter tried on the clothes and some did not fit so I returned today to exchange them. I picked out the items to exchange. I said by the way can I get an itemised receipt for yesterday? She said no and that she did not have time to do it. I said it would not take to long, we can itemise and figure out the tax. She was getting belligerent, and said I don't have time for this! I said it would only take 5 minutes, and she said I want you leave this store now! I believe this is very bad customer service, and I feel violated.

As the mother of the bride, I had such a wonderful experience at Facchianos in Tulsa when my…read moredaughter went dress shopping. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcomed and valued. They understood how important this moment was for our family, and they went out of their way to include all of us in the process. The consultant assigned to work with my daughter was so patient and attentive, taking the time to really understand her vision and personal style. What I appreciated most was how they encouraged my daughter, my husband, my sister in law, my mother-in-law, and myself to get up and touch the dresses and had my daughter walk around and dance in them. We were able to offer our honest opinions and feedback, which the consultant graciously incorporated. It made the experience so much more special and meaningful for all of us. Even when my daughter must have tried on 12-13 dresses, the staff never made us feel rushed. They wanted to make sure she found the perfect gown. I cannot say enough good things about the personalized, family-focused service we received. They made what could have been a stressful situation into an incredibly joyful and memorable one for our whole family. I would recommend them to any mother of the bride looking for a salon that will treat you like family. My daughter doesn't live in the area and ultimately didn't find her dress here but it was an amazing experience and we thought the pricing was really good too!
