He has excellent hours including evenings and weekends, which is great for me because I can't ever escape work during the regular business day. Did I mention how reasonable his services are? $40 per hour, flat! I've paid a couple hundred dollars in the past for work that I'm certain took a maximum of 30 minutes to do. Jeff is honest, thorough, and friendly. He doesn't try to nickel and dime you or sell you something you don't need. In fact, he's a big proponent of open source (free) software and has helped me select programs that are really useful. I have two Macs and he solved my wireless networking problems, selected and installed an external hard drive for my documents, music, and photos, set up a wireless connection between my iTunes and my speakers, even advised me on the best peripherals for my price range. His service doesn't stop when he leaves your house, either. If he finds something that he thinks will be useful for you, he'll send you a link and advise in an email. I'm so glad I stumbled upon his Yelp listing. I was about to pay a lot more for half the service. It also feels good to support a local business.

Their email service works, their website building software is comparable to a semi-advanced blogging website, their email support is decent, and they support Japanese users very well. I would recommend this to someone who's not very good with computers, or someone who prefers Japanese IT support. Their office is in Bellevue, so if you have time to go to Bellevue (or live near Bellevue) to visit them you'll be better qualified for in person service which I haven't experienced yet due to personal regional restraints. Since I don't have time to do a better webpage design/and we've paid for a year of service, I will continue to use PSP with 2.4 star satisfaction. If I were more involved with the early stages of our webpage designing, I would've looked into other services such as wix beforehand.
