I order a often food, smoothies and teas from Grubhub sorry to say this is they only place that doesn't secure there delivery even as they do not have there own delivery people so it's always a random person who handoffs a barely tied bag with receipt tied into it I order from here pretty frequently and other places/restaurants send the delivery in cup holder closed inside paper bags stapled together not mentioned the numerous times I've been refunded due to a spill in the bag or missing portions from smoothie I will definitely stop ordering from here if they can't fix this issue read more

My issue is there's just never any consistency. Everytime I come here the smoothie is different. Sometimes way too milk sometimes ice chips sometimes thick. Taste different all the time. Vs a place like juice generation every time you go there it taste the same no matter who makes it. Loved this place but they gotta get there measurements back in order ! Perfect consistency, friendly service, and fair prices. My personal favorite is the Powerhouse bowl and Very Berry bowl is notable too. Ordered $60 worth of food and coffees on grubhub, then waited 1 hour for them to call me and tell me they ran out of hot coffee, and they wouldnt send iced coffee because they cost more. Asked for a full refund. What a pathetic joke, and a waste of time. Dont waste your time with people who cant even supplement hot coffee with iced coffee when youre spending $60. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. EDITED-- I asked for it to be cancelled and refunded! The lady on the phone said ok no problem, and sorry for the inconvenience. You did not call to reach out to me, and tell me you would supplement for iced coffees, so i left my place of work on a very busy day for me, to go get food and coffee elsewhere. You then sent a poor delivery driver here with the food and coffee that i asked to be cancelled! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL on your part!! This is the most horrible experience i've ever had at any "business". I took it up with Grubhub since you have been no help whatsoever. Youre even ignoring my private messages to you now. The prepared meals were delicious but I'm super disappointed with their açaí bowls (extremely bland, the topping are good and I can taste those but the base was just like frozen water with a dash of sugar, mind you these are 11 dollars) and when I called to tell them, they basically said "can't do anything about it" offering no help or try to remedy the situation. I am so thrilled to have such a cute place that offers a lot of vegan eats in my neighborhood. The decoration is bright and simple. The lady in the counter was super nice, very friendly and extremely helpful. I got a pitaya bowl by her recommendation, and I really liked it. I must say that I'm always been impressed with Fitrition and their company + meal prep! Even though I can order on the app I honestly enjoy going into their locations and to grab fresh juices & shots, check out new vegan treats they have, and BEST OF ALL their employees honestly tie the experience in together. Listen this company is always busy and most locations get packed especially in peak hours. Their staff on hand always great you, most end up remembering your name and order ( wohooo regulars) and they are always upbeat and polite. To stay on top of customer service especially in a pandemic in on point! I'm honestly compelled to write this review because of all the details I see they put into business and taking care of customers. Astoria Blvd is one of their newest locations and next to the park so I loveeee running in there after a workout grabbing some meal prep and a shake and chatting with their employees. Ashley is my favorite there as she's always cheerful, upbeat, always ready to put a smile on your face, and do whatever she can to enhance your experience and thus your day! Although their smoothie bowls are good, their customer service today was the worst I have ever experienced. Our order was taking a long time so I tracked it to fond out that it was already delivered. My husband was sitting out on the stoop and no one ever came or called. We called the restaurant and the girl who answered said we had to call the delivery person ourselves to figure it out so my husband asked for the boss's number. When he answered, first he said he was the owner but when he learned we either wanted a refund or a new order he said we had the wrong number then used the F word multiple times saying we had the wrong number. My husband called the restaurant back and the girl forgot to put the call on hold but instead it was on speaker so we overheard the same guy (very thick recognizable accent) telling her not to give us a refund or a new order and was yelling at her in a way no employee or person should ever be spoken to. I don't even know where to begin with this place! I started going to Fitrition because I am a total açaí bowl addict and was thrilled to have a place so close to where I live. (Theirs is delicious by the way). I was always curious about their food but already had a meal prep delivery service so I never picked up their food and I figured most meal prep companies are all the same and most are more or less. I've tried a couple. It's a chore to eat it sometimes. I can't eat like that. I have to enjoy my food or I'm not eating it. I finally tried Fitrition's meals. It tastes ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like meal prep food. It's restaurant quality food and It's fresh not frozen. They have a ton of different kinds of food to choose from and every single one Is AMAZING. Yes Astoria has lots of food to choose from but most takeout makes me feel like crap after eating it. I have not experienced this with Fitrition. The nutritional facts are printed on all the meals along with very simple but delicious ingredients. My 2 picky teenage daughters love the food too. Their drinks shakes and snacks are awesome too!
