My friend recommended it to me since I've been wanting to get back into strength training after giving birth a few months ago. The trainers are incredibly friendly and helpful, and help with form or any necessary modifications. I'd say about 10-20 people go per session and it's broken up into sections so at most you'd be with about 4-5 people in each circuit. I was intimidated at first but everyone is supportive and just on their own fitness journey. There are days that focus on lower body, upper body, or full body, with some cardio as well depending on if it is a "circuit" vs a "strong" class. There are many available times to go whether it is in the morning or evening. What's also a bonus is parking is not an issue since it is in a plaza. Highly recommend!

While many people will say that their crossfit gym creates a sense of community among its members,…read moreCrossfit Collaboration offers that and so much more. Recently revamped, this gym has plenty of equipment to accommodate a large class, as well as provides a clean and open space. There is a separate lobby where my 3 kids hang out, eat snacks, and do their homework. I can glance at them every now and then, while getting a great workout. There are at least 5 classes during the week to choose from, in addition to open gym times. Crossfit Collaboration also uses Wodify, an app members download on their phone. Some of its cool features are that I am able to view workouts (past and present), keep track of my progress, check in to class, and, for fun and a little friendly competition, compare my daily performance to other members of the gym. Aside from its convenience, the people at Crossfit Collaboration truly make it the gym that I want to be part of. Coach Craig and Coach Carlos are knowledgeable and wonderful people. I feel I wouldn't have stuck with crossfit for this long, as well as become the strongest I have ever been, if it wasn't for them, as well as my fellow "snatches" (aka fellow gym attendees). Crossfit has enhanced my life. I am a busy mother, wife, and special education teacher. I have the energy, confidence, and physical strength to meet the demands at home and with my job. My body has changed since I started crossfit, and though I may not have a 6 pack, I wouldn't trade the strength and stamina I have gained since I started over a year ago. Crossfit Collaboration is the perfect place to fall in love crossfit!

I often get bored easily at gyms...even in my own home gym I get bored but each day at F45 is something different. If you're wondering if F45 is better than The Camp Transformation Center please stop wondering. I can tell you that both facilities are good for beginners but the more you progress you might need more of a variety in workouts without the huddles and all the picture taking that's done when you're at The Camp. No one cares about your damn post workout pics people! @F45 after you book your workout on the App, you get your workout in and roll out; seriously, no bullsh*t! Also, they don't sell protein or supplements so go buy what you need on your own time or order from Amazon. My biggest challenge each morning is trying to ignore the garlic fried rice smell that meanders over from the Filipino spot next door! It smells so good!! So if you're indecisive about joining just go sign up for the free trial for a week. No expectations, judgement or obligations. You'll be glad that you did!

I primarily do the Strong classes, which have been a great fit for my goals. As someone who was fairly new to strength training, I appreciated that the workouts are approachable while still being challenging enough to keep me progressing. Over time, I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and overall confidence in the gym. The coaches are fantastic! Knowledgeable, encouraging, and always willing to help modify exercises when needed. They create an environment where everyone feels supported, regardless of fitness level. I usually attend the morning classes, and they're the perfect size, enough people to create a fun, motivating atmosphere without feeling overcrowded. I also love the programming. It's a great mix of strength work, functional movements, and circuit-style training that keeps every workout interesting. There's a nice balance, not too much barbell work and not excessive cardio, so it never feels repetitive. After a year and a half, I still look forward to coming to class, which says a lot. If you're looking for a welcoming gym with excellent coaches and effective workouts, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I've personally have not tried other "similar" type of gyms but from the feedbacks of others I've talked to, this gym's program and setup is one of the most effective. From the owner Rory to the trainers Brooke/Loccy, everyone greets you with a smile and only sends positive support. No judgement on the amount of weight you use nor the amount of reps you can do. This is the first time that I can honestly say that I have seen not only an improvement in my physique, but an overall improvement in my cardiovascular health and overall improvement in my strength and endurance. The coaches at this gym have legitimate experience in coaching. The coaches here take their work really seriously and make a serious effort to correct form during the classes, and ensure that you are performing the movement correctly. They don't mess around, and make the environment so welcoming and comfortable. P360 even gives you access to nutrition resources by their nutrition coaches. The workouts are strategically planned out, usually up to a couple weeks out in advance. Very organized, to ensure that no matter what day you go, you will be getting a legitamte workout. I love that on the app you can see what the workouts are going to be for the week and it doesn't matter which P360 location you end up being a member at, the workouts are going to be the exact same for all the locations. And if you are someone who is new to fitness, new to using the kind of weights and barbells that are used here, there's no need to be intimidated by it. There are people of ALL ages at this gym and ALL kinds of fitness levels. They make it easy to modify some of the workouts if you have some limitations. Prior to becoming a member at P360, I was going to a lot of random studios off of ClassPass. So I feel like I have a lot of group fitness gyms to compare it too. 10/10 recommend P360.
