Pinnacle Fitness isn't just a regular gym where you show up and work out--it's a true community. No…read morematter your fitness level, you're welcomed like family. The support here is real, and everyone pushes each other to become better than they thought possible. Jeff, the owner, is incredibly dedicated and honest about what it takes to reach your goals. He'll tell you straight up how challenging the journey can be, but he's there every step of the way to help you succeed. Not only has he competed in events like Spartans, DEKA, and HYROX, but he's also coached others to excel in their own sports and competitions. If you couldn't already tell--I recommend Pinnacle Fitness 1000%.

Me and a good friend were looking for a gym that would accommodate us for our event in Vegas …read more Camille and I came in with a good workout background, we're both getting ready to race a women's double hyrox in Feb 2026. I want to say we started at Jeff's gym around Oct/Nov 2025! And we've been training there a good number of times a week, averaging 2-5x a week. Let me tell you!! The intensity of the workouts are crazy. Going into training for a Hyrox, we were a bit blindsided. A lot of dynamics and endurance training really goes into this sort of event. The way our workouts are organized are phenomenal. This a more intermediate/advanced training facility, of course beginners are always welcome but I do have to say, get ready to get your butt kicked. In the little time that Jeff has been training/conditioning us, I feel quite confident coming into our Feb 2026 race! Not only is the training amazing, but the community is great as well! Everyone is very supportive and upbeat. So happy we stumbled upon this facility, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

My main criteria for a gym, trainer and programming is: -…read moreInclusive of all people, sizes, skills and goals - Obsessive about technique and form, modify as needed - Stays in scope of practice - Caring and hears you The Fitness Coalition hits the mark on every one. I appreciate their focus not being on getting 'shredded' or hitting a 'PR' at the cost of an injury, but more about overall strength and well-being. That is a better recipe for longevity in a healthy lifestyle over a quick fix to fit into a clothing size or get bragging rights as you hobble around for 2 months. Although, if you're consistent, you ARE likely to change your body composition and hit PRs in your journey. Joey and Lauren are motivating, friendly and the members bring a nice sense of community and motivation as well, cheering each other on. Programming is varied to keep it interesting and hit all aspects of strength and fitness. They incorporate powerlifting, strength, strongman, conditioning and other techniques throughout the week. It's not a classic 'crossfit' gym - and for that, I'm VERY grateful. Also shout out to the large contingent of women at the gym - the "Girl Gang" - who are breaking stereotypes by building strength and becoming stronger - not smaller. There are other gyms that are closer to my house, but this one edged them out because their approach aligns closest to my personal fitness beliefs, values and approach.

I really, really love this place. I was needing motivation, change, and instruction because what I…read morewas doing on my own just wasn't working for me with my many recurring injuries and being postpartum (but let's be honest, I was more than 2 yrs postpartum!). I contacted Joey and we talked via phone for over 20 minutes as he assessed my goals and how they could help. He encouraged me to drop by and check out a class, as well as drop by and talk with the coaches (him and Lauren). I came by and we talked and settled upon me getting involved in the Prenatal/Postpartum class first so I could get accustomed to the lifts, so that I could move with intention and build a good foundation. I took the Postpartum class with Lauren and Melissa for 6 weeks and it was so much fun, and so much work! But good work. I felt like I was finally moving again and was amazed at what my body was capable of doing. Certain moves I wasn't able to perform due to previous injuries, and the instructors didn't hesitate to come up with alternatives for me. They were flexible with their teaching and were always there to help. After the 6 weeks postpartum class I started taking the General Group Class with Joey. I was thrown into a whole lot of moves I'd never tried before! But the instruction is great - I never feel like i'm left to just "figure it out". There's always awesome explanations about body mechanics, form, the science behind the move, etc., and the community as a whole is so encouraging and helpful that you don't feel nervous or weird about it. This gym breaks all the previous stereotypes I had in my mind of what CrossFit "means". Even though it's totally fun to PR, to see how hard you can push your body, it's not just about that. They really emphasis functionality, having a good foundation, and just being able to move comfortably in your own body. They're not just trying to get you in the door to take your money-- they really want to help you reach your goals. All the coaches I've met so far are encouraging and motivating. The community is really tight and you can tell that they love the gym and love supporting one another. Class sizes are usually 10 or less so you definitely don't feel like you're fighting for space. The gym has really fun equipment as well, not just barbells. Highly highly recommend. If you're unsure, they do a free community workout the first Saturday of the month. It gives you a good feel for what the gym is like. Stop by and JUST DO IT! You won't regret it.
