Be really careful with these guys, although they have a very nice gym they are dodgy. I had a…read morefamily grievance and had to leave Berlin to go take care of my family so they agreed to cancel my membership in August when I spoke with them face to face, by phone and email UNTIL I actually left Berlin... They've been charging me every month for about 5 months but now they completely ignore my emails and facebook messages...I even made a desperate attempt to write on their wall about my terrible issue with them which they actually had the audacity to just delete! To repeat, they do have a nice gym but their attitude and support is just disgraceful.

After experiencing Superfit more, I unfortunately have to lower my review…read more First off, in the just over 1.5 years that I've been a member here, I've needed to replace my water bottle three times now because it was broken. Of course stupidly, you're only allowed to use the poorly designed superfit bottles, so you have to pay for a new one if yours breaks. At this point, I just don't even bring my water bottle most of the time because it's so fragile, it's not even worth dealing with it. The free weights section is not great. The barbell selection is really bad -- there are not enough barbells, nor enough weights to put on them. On top of that, many pieces of (what i consider to be) basic equipment are not available, such as resistance bands or medicine balls. I get that this isn't the most luxurious gym ever, but it would be nice to have a little variety since the free weight section is so lacking. Bonus: their iPhone app sucks. It has been broken for months and they have yet to fix it, even after i wrote in a few months back to tell them about it and they acknowledged that they were aware of the problem. For some people this obviously doesn't matter, but for me it does. When all is said and done, the price here is amazing, but I don't plan on renewing my contract for next year...

Superfit is a scam It is probably easier to leave mafia than…read moreresigning a Superfit contract. I cancel my subscription in 2020 and finally in March 2021 it got confirmed by them. Until March I paid every single month despite the clubs being closed because they claim "that´s the law" and since I´m not german I kind of have to accept it. Now in June I´m being charged again, even though I have a confirmation that everything was cancelled in March. I wrote multiple times to the customer service but the only thing I get is a pre-made texts and a lot of bs not related to my situation. I dont recomend this scam to anybody but if you dont speak native german, this place is not for you because they will trap you in the exist.

You have to pay 40€ to register the first month (on top of the monthly fee), but you get one hour with a personal trainer. I wouldn't trust the personal trainer that much though. It might be the language barrier or lack of knowledge, I am not sure, but I don't think they are professional. I was instructed to do certain exercises and after a few weeks my shoulders started hurting. I am sure it was from the new exercises I was told to do, but the PT told me to go to the doctor instead of changing my routine. It's a rather small gym with only one squat rack. Go there during off-peak hours if you want to use it! If you pay 12 months up front you get the 13th for free/get the PT for free (something like that). Otherwise you pay an extra 19.90€ per 6 or 12 months for the PT.

They told me to take a break and I applied for 8 weeks of break, and then they said they have no break options for 12 months membership, so they told me to upgrade my membership ( even if I'm unemployed). I couldn't believe that they suggested this and didn't come up with any solution to help me.
