I was very happy with the courteous customer service and delivery. I can't give a rating on in store experience, as I have not gone there yet. But if I get the same level of service as I got on this purchase, I will definitely go back for future fitness purchases. They are also a locally family owned business around since 1964, so they are obviously doing something right!

We arrived on time and once they confirmed our appointment the salesguy was very patient and personable. He also offered us free water. We probably did not need an appointment to just look at fabric and current blazer styles. Many bright/colorful options which we had trouble finding at other stores. Was quoted ~2,500 for a blazer in our chosen fabric - YIKES. Price includes full lining, if you opt out of lining you still pay full price. Our chosen fabric would take 6-8weeks (not including final fitting) but another fabric choice would have been closer to 3-5weeks. Also the fabric people take a month off in the summer - usually August he said so he said if you do not order Before August it will be a 4 week wait for them to be able to order again. Overall we did not go with a custom blazer from here, due to the price but maybe one day! The other clothing sold here is very high end = pricey. My boyfriend was very heartbroken the sweater he liked was $700 lol.

When I was in there, they had a number of racks of clothes that were on sale and they weren't all size 0 and scary! I actually bought a couple at severely great prices. The clerks were friendly enough and not annoyingly attentive - sometimes shopping at ladies clothing stores that aren't part of a mall can be a bit much because they don't seem to have as much traffic and they hover around you. Not so here.

The toy selection was pretty small and tame (if you know what I mean!)... Mostly standard "Kama sutra" line things and a few party favours. They have a lot of lingerie though and in speciality sizes as well. I didn't buy anything, but would absolutely go back to be fitted and buy some bras. The atmosphere was more relaxed than at other specialty bra stores that I have been too and the store organization was a great deal easier to navigate on your own as well. They even have a little play section for kids, which I thought was nice :)

I've spent 5 years in a European-styled boutique doing fittings & alterations, and have just started sewing bras in the last few years. The selection when you walk in looks impressive, but it would depend on your size. I found the majority of the bra stock to be seamless/moulded cup bras. FYI - these offer the LEAST amount of support. The assortment of bras that they had in my size was minimal. The store seems to have a hodge-podge of items. I saw jewellery, a purse and misc. 'love shop' lotions. After finding the item I needed to go with a gown (lower cut, smooth) I wanted something for day-to-day wear with good support. I was sent out into the shop to shuffle through the racks to find things in my size. It's not my favourite way of doing things, and I can get disappointed when I see something I like, but it's not in my size. I ended up trying on 4 bras that 'met' my criteia (support & light coloured) so I didn't really think that was a great selection. In the end, I purchased the ol' stand by that I tend to pick up every now and again. The price was comparable to what I've paid at other boutiques in the past. The ladies there were friendly enough, but not overly educated on fit. It takes a lot of experience to get good in this business. One thing I didn't like is the reference to my breasts as 'boobs' & 'boobies'. I find it juvenille and unprofessional.

Part of the…read morereason I've purchased so many shoes this year is that I've worn a considerable number of shoes out lately. I get great service from Maria when I go there, and even when they have sales (that may be at other geographic locations) I don't mind searching the store for a pair of shoes that would be adequately awesome for my needs because I know that they only sell GOOD QUALITY shoes that will be mostly comfortable for my feet. While I am a woman who wears skirts and dresses more often than not, I am unlikely to wear uncomfortable footwear and Sole Experience carries so many styles of comfortable yet attractive footwear that I've had the pleasure of buying a good number of shoes here and have worn three of these pairs straight out of the store without needing to really break them in (unlike many of my purchases made elsewhere. While I do shop elsewhere for shoes on occasion, Sole Experience is the reason I look out for particular brands and styles and have a better understanding of what fits my feet best. Shoe purchases are never stress/worry free for me, but I've had more luck than not while shopping here, both for flats and for heeled shoes, including sporty styles and more fashionable shoes.

I found quite a few shirts that I really likes (I'm a huge MMA fan by the way). They had up advertisements for local fights and were very knowledgeable of their products. The only thing that concerns me is the location. It is somewhat hidden amongst the plethora of stores on Whyte Ave and it is not well-known enough to be a destination location. I would also like to see them carry some Xtreme Couture clothing along with the other brands they have in store. I realize that MMA is predominantly a male sport (both in participation and fans) but I would have liked to see some more selection in the women's section of the store - even though I did find some things I liked. I really hope Caged makes it and I think that all MMA fans should spread the word that Caged is here!
