The locker room was spotless, with a steam room and showers. The lockers have digital programmable locks. You do need to bring your own towel. They have one of those neat Queen exercise machines - looks like something straight out of the circus. The main reason I joined was for the studio that can be used when a class isn't in session. I love to dance - this place absolutely is the nicest place I have found in the area.

There are plenty of friendly people if you want to socialize a bit more as well. I find the gym to be clean with modern equipment that is always in good working order. If something needs repair it usually gets fixed very quickly. A lot of the bad reviews on here are for the the payment and cancellation policies. I have zero experience with that, so I won't comment. It is very funny to see people talk about how rude the staff is. I have never experienced that either, quite the opposite. I have however seen lots of angry people take out their frustrations over the gym's policies on the people that work at the gym. I have seen people basically scream at the front desk staff for not allowing them to break rules, like bringing guests to classes and other such entitled nonsense. If this was my business, and I saw Robin or Jamie stand up to angry entitled customers, I would be so grateful that they were behaving like owners, the dream quality of any business owner's staff. I get the reviews for not liking the policies. And it is easy to come on to a site like this and maybe that makes you feel better. I just dislike seeing good people get abused. I can't recommend this gym enough. It is a great value, really nice facility with what I have deemed to be an awesome staff. I love starting my day there.

I had a membership and was getting some individual training and paying for that. Then I got breast cancer and after my surgery and during radiation I requested to put my training and my membership on hold but told them I would return as soon as I could. I can't recall now but they have a policy of putting things on hold for only a limited amount of time and then it starts back up again - even with the letter from my surgeon and radiologist. So they were charging me while I was recovering from surgery, etc. For some strange reason - I had imagined they would be sympathetic and might want to partner with me in my recovery. But that would be a big no. They had zero sympathy and insisted that charging me was just their policy and that was that. I was super disappointed in them on many levels. I cancelled my membership and of course that was complicated as well. I spent money on many months of membership and personal training I could not use and showed very good reason for not being able to do so. Just sad - helping someone recover and get their strength and self esteem back after traumatic surgery ... well that would have been a nice review to write. Just wasn't going to happen here.

As for the gym itself, it's one floor and the business' sign is tucked away. How I found it was to go across a small bridge and through a tunnel, then on your right you should see the sign near a dumpster. Presumably, you can park anywhere in that lot even though it's shared with lofts. If you also see a boxing gym sign, it's the same building, just the opposite entrance. Even though inside, they also have boxing equipment.

Men discreetly pleasuring themselves on the hot tub jets. Hot water in the showers comes and goes and one minute you're being scalded and the next you're being doused with cold water. Closes early. Parking lot nearly a quarter mile away. Too crowded. Otherwise, a great place with kind, knowledgeable staff, clean facilities and lots of programs and classes ... love the pool but not the stress of finding a lane or a time when it's not crammed with people.

I rarely get the chance to take advantage of the classes (though I regularly attend tai chi classes on the martial arts side of the building), but the offerings are vast and my friends rave about them. Diana, Alex and staff are so warm and, together with the martial arts staff, have created a family of which my kids and I feel a part. Extra plus that parking is plentiful.

She was very kind and Informative. I ended up taking two classes here and the studio is gorgeous with amazing lighting for my content. I regret not taking more content. I want to say the instructors I had was Crystal, and Andrew. Both instructors were very patient and helpful. I definitly had fun in those classes. If I'm ever back in town I would visit this studio again.

There's a good reason their rating is so low…read more Recently canceled my membership due to my experience with the unfriendly people who play volleyball there and the negligent, incompetent staff putting money over doing the right thing. I literally showed Silvana, the awful, uncaring, unintelligent, clueless, checked-out waste of space of a program director screenshots of fellow volleyball players literally cyber-bullying me and she and her equally as scummy and dead-inside manager clearly didn't care and said their policy against cyber-bullying only applies to youth programs. Hopefully they'll get fired for being horrible at their jobs one day, but for now I highly recommend staying away from this hellhole.
