We got there as soon as it opened and there was one person manning the entire store. He was incredibly helpful in explaining the differences and features of the treadmills even though he had tons of work as he had just returned from vacation. We ended up picking one and he was also very honest in setting expectations for delivery (especially since there was none to be had right away). He also suggested a mat to protect my floors. Once it came the delivery guys were friendly and competent in advising me on where I could put it and also how to maintain it going forward. They set everything up and I didn't have to worry at all. I found this place when I was trying to demo a Water rower (rowing machine), this was the nearest location that had one that Jessica and I could try. Location: Right on Riverdale St next to the Cyber Exchange Computer store. One thing that is good about the location is its not in a shopping center/mall so you don't have alot of foot traffic/ casual observers that may take away from your customer experience. Most people that come to this store are looking to buy something, so this affords you the opportunity to pepper the sales rep with questions. Equipment: After deciding on the rower we spent the next hour trying the different machines. They even have the revolving steps from biggest loser!!! That shit is hard let me tell you. They also have top of the line treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, and devices that employ the use of your own body weight. Staff: We were helped by Craig. He was very knowledgeable and could even speak in technical terms about the different technology that set their equipment apart from your standard treadmill, he was also in shape so this added some validity to his claims. When we ordered our rower he told us the date it would arrive. When I called upon the date it was supposed to arrive I got told by a different sales rep it wouldn't be arriving due to delivery issues. I explained my displeasure because my schedule wouldn't allow me to pick it up for another week. The sales rep called Craig who went to the warehouse and brought it to the store on his day off. Anywhere that cares about its customers that much is worthy of your business for the long haul. Bottom line go here if you're looking to buy some equipment for your home gym these guys really know their stuff and they'll make sure you're happy with the experience.

Definitely a great find when all the other sport stores haven't seen dumbells in a really long time. Besides weights, this store has any equipment machine you might be looking for. Elipticals, treadmills, bikes, row machines...it's all there. One of the owners was working the night I came in and had all the information you'd ever need about the machines in the store. 100% knowledgeable. Big thanks to Matt for all the tips and advice on the eliptical machines. I was so happy when I found my dumbells. Makes working out at home during a pandemic so much better. Next up- really considering the eliptical. I'll keep you posted when I make that leap into home gym equipment. I'm definitely tempted by the high quality of the machines being sold. Stay tuned!

We purchased a treadmill in Avon, CT in 1988…read morethat we just replaced with a new one we also bought in Avon (new location from old store)... because my daughter took our old one. It was still working fine. You can't beat the selection and the quality. It's all top of the line... and the prices are fair for what you get. We bought a rower at a big box store that we replaced after the warranty was up. A piece broke loose the third day we had it. Lesson learned.
