Who is Fitness Quest Bootcamp for?
We design workouts that are appropriate for ALL fitness levels, and anyone looking to "get in shape", improve their body composition, lose unwanted pounds, or improve their athletic fitness to cross-train for a race. The workouts are always uniquely different, and specifically designed to keep the "muscle confusion" going. Plus, working out in a group setting, outdoors is a lot more fun than being in a big stuffy gym!
