I never lifted weights until I started working with Clint so I didn't realize how effective it is for transforming my body and burning calories. I've always been very nervous to go near the weights in the gym I belong to so I only focused on cardio, bodyweight exercises and abs, exercises I thought were easy to tackle without hurting myself. Yet I was always having knee pain... Clint pointed out that I have been doing squats and lunges wrong this whole time on my own. This is why I needed a trainer...doing things wrong was giving me limited results and injuries! Clint has taught me so much and I have gained so much confidence in my techniques. Having Clint as my Personal Trainer has made me feel so comfortable with weights and I'm even eager to lift heavier now(and lifting heavy weights has not made me bulky either)! Clint's training method consists of hard work but simple techniques which he will teach you to master. Clint is a stickler on form so he will make sure your form is perfect before bringing you to the next level. He will constantly remind you to breathe and reiterate how your body should be positioned. He will push you to finish your sets, but in an encouraging way. His way of instructing is stern but pleasant. He really cares that you fully understand an exercise so he will explain it 5 different ways if necessary until you understand it (which was the case with me). He is patient and provides good tips to help you remember what you are supposed to be doing. He brings great energy to the session that makes you enjoy working out with him. I am SO happy with my progress and thrilled that I found Clint as my Personal Trainer!

My car battery died while I was on the street perpendicular to personal best, right by their driveway. Three amazingly kind strangers helped me to move my car so it wasn't in the main intersection, and helped me to park it by one of the entrances of personal best. This happened during the polar vortex, and I called a tow and they said it would be over an hour. So I'm sitting in my dead car waiting for the tow truck in freezing temperatures and someone who works here has the audacity to come out and yell at me, demanding me to move my car because I'm disrupting their business. I hope to share this with anybody who considers this place, because they don't actually care about people-they only care about their money, clearly.

Never does a trainer look absent-mindedly at their cell phones, talk over your shoulder, or appear glazed and indifferent - total focus and attention is paid to me, every time. For my sessions, I am treated as if no-one else exists at that moment but myself. Despite literally decades of working out and making fitness a priority, I have become stronger, more flexible, and more fit now, in my mid-forties, than I have ever been in my life (no exaggeration)- and was not left crippled the morning after workouts as I was with Crossfit. Len also helped me select new workout equipment which is effective regarding the workout program we built together and has given me the ability to incorporate my own existing gym equipment into my new work out program. This review is not about the facilities but on the character of the employees. A few years ago my car broke down right on the main street by personal best. The kindness of two strangers helped me to move my car into their driveway during below freezing temperatures outside. Someone who worked at this facility had the audacity to come outside and yell at me to move my car continuously. I think this speaks volumes of the staff here. They clearly don't care about you, they care about what's in your wallet.
