JUST CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP I feel targeted because of THIS SPECIFIC YOGA INSTRUCTOR who BEHAVED INAPPROPRIATELY and HARASSED me during my workout. While I was using the facilities, this employee made unsolicited comments about myself and made false accusations. She STATED that "We can put signs up for you not to workout here..." and "We don't want people like this here" making me feel extremely uncomfortable in front of another employee who witnessed this confrontation between us. I told her to say excuse me. Despite my clear discomfort, she persisted with this behavior, crossing professional boundaries and creating an intimidating environment. I believe this violates your establishment's standards for staff conduct, and I would appreciate your immediate attention to this serious matter so that appropriate actions can be taken. So apparently if you sign up for their membership specials they don't inform you about the contracts including hidden fees, haven't been to gym in 2 months since starting here and I had to pay just as much as the annual fee to cancel membership. will not be coming here again nor do I recommend coming here. I'd give this place zero stars but it's not the gyms fault everyone is on their phones hogging machines. It's a small gym so I get it but one leg press and one smiths machine is sooooo wild. I waited an hour for the leg press and still didn't get to use it. Sucks but oh well. read more

I recently started coming in to the gym in an attempt to become healthier (and, not gonna lie, lose weight in the process). I was not sure how I would start my workouts since I have no idea what routines to do but I decided to start with a group workout. I'm so happy I joined the Yoga/Pilates class. It's the first time I actually look forward to exercising. The instructor, Diana Negrete, is such a kind, understanding, and supportive instructor. Even though this is my first time doing yoga, I do not feel embarrassed if I do not know what I am doing because Diana makes sure everyone in class is keeping up in a safe and effective manner. I truly wish the class was available more days during the week at 7:30 PM since it is the time that works best for me. Even though yoga/Pilates class can be a little difficult at times, I look forward to Thursdays because of it. Thank you Diana! read more

The reason I gave this gym this rating is not because the gym itself but because of an employee. I got the 3 day pass to try out the gym because I have heard good things about it. But upon my second day visit I was bothered by what seemed like an employee by the name of John or at least that's what he told me. I seemed uninterested because I was just trying to get my work out in but it wasn't enough he kept making comments and asking for my socials which I respectfully declined. I then later left as I felt very uncomfortable. I've asked around and learned from others that they have experienced the same thing from THE SAME EMPLOYEE this is not okay and sad to say I liked the gym itself. read more

I will say, the prices aren't bad for this gym and it's a nice gym with decently new machines. They do charge an annual fee every year per membership so keep an eye out on that ($50). They have a small turf area where trainers train their clients but is also free for others to use. They do month to month or annual commitment but you can cancel (you get a $50 fee to cancel, boo). Gym is always packed, it's hard to stick with your split because mostly everything will be occupied, you have to stand around and wait until someone finishes their set. Weights are scattered everywhere because people don't put them back. I think this wouldn't be too much of an issue if the gym was bigger or if the gym provided more free weights in other areas of the gym. read more

It's like a kids club with groups of teens everywhere, nothing is available, it's oversold , it's nasty, all machines so full of sweat and grime , the sinks in the bathroom smell horrible like mildew , the employees are not knowledgeable . I've been coming here for about four months now and it's just alright. I feel like it's much to small for how many people go there. I know there aren't a whole lot of gyms in Perris, so it makes sense, but there should really be some type of cap on how many people can sign up. I go at 4am when it opens and it's already busy. To top it off, this is more an issue of the clientele, but weights are all over the place. You'll find plates next to machines, kettlebells next to cables, and dumbbells all over the gym. There really needs to be some sort of cracking down on people putting the weights where they found them. Half the time I'm there is searching for the weights I need. Side bar: get more 2.5lb and 5lb plates for more incremental weight changes. There's literally one pair of 5s and no 2.5 for the entire gym, not everyone can go up 20 lbs at a time. read more

Started going to this gym several months ago. Monday- Friday gym is open from 4am-12am weekends 7am-7pm. (Weird hours) Regardless of the time you go, it's always packed. Mainly with groups of kids not doing anything but playing around near the machines and talking. (Not actually working out) This location is very small so it can easily get crowded. Hard to get a complete workout as you're waiting or walking around looking for something free. Parking is probably the worst, granted there is construction but parking has been terrible even before. read more

My car was broken into and neither of the security guard working there nor did the gym help me out anyway, and there was glass broken everywhere in the parking lot was happening more than once, but had no one does anything ever about it and I've been a customer at fitness 19 for years The manager lied about his name just because he didn't wanna do anything first he said he was Omar. Then he said he was Carlos either way he was just trying to cover his ass. And they also have multiple homeless people coming in out of the gym like it's nothing or roaming the gym parking lot. I'm very disappointed in that place especially how I've been going there for years without an issue. And because no one has told me anything I'm have to pay almost $400 for the window and what they stole it's not a safe place to be at, and I don't know why they don't do anything about it, and the security guard was very rude because he didn't want to confess something wrong. He got in my face and started yelling at me just because I called him out on his mess ups. and they said they're gonna come call me back in two days, but I doubt it because if I just said that they could off their back. read more

This review will be going over a breach of contract with Fitness 19 staff and how it was handled. My best friend has a personal trainer with Fitness 19. And on his contract it specifies how often his training sessions are and the agreed payment plan that is looked over by the staff registering you as a member, and your personal trainer of choice. You are billed on the date you set and the frequency you set. The problem was a large amount of money was taken from the account on file for a separate session that was not requested nor agreed upon during the intial write up of the contract. The unauthorized charge was a breach of agreement. My best friend and I went to the gym to discuss this concern of a breach of agreement in person to a staff member who could resolve the issue at hand. As a member of this gym you have emailed copies of all electronically signed documents (all documents here in this case). So we presented this contract to a trainer, John, that wanted to help us get down to what happened here and resolve the issue. John offered us two solutions: 1) change contract so that you have more sessions that equal to the second billed amount that was taken out of my best friends account without his knowledge. 2) receive a refund check from Fitness 19 for the exact amount taken from the account on file that shouldn't have been charged twice in the first place. I felt a bit taken back at his solution as that was not what we were asking for, that would not resolve our issue. The General Manager, David, did tell us that he was not available at the moment when we had brought our concern of the breach of contract to the attention of the staff at Fitness 19. He then explained to us that most concerns of guests are more often than not matters handed by the manager below him. David sat us down and offered us a solution, a refund check, to cancel the old contract, and write up a new contract that is agreed upon by all parties involved. He then inquired who signed my best friend up as a member and created the contract, at the moment he couldn't recall. He explained everything throughly and I have no questions. I felt relieved but still tense over the situation at hand. The next day we walked into the gym around the time we had told David we would come, as they do not have checks in store. The check was written up and handed over to my best friend for the exact amount that was pulled from the account. I felt he helped enstill a small part of trust and loyalty that was lost because of this incident. He has the makings of a good manager, he knows how to delegate difficult tasks, and good decision-making skills. I let David know that I was interested in creating a report or record for the employee that created a mistake on this contract so in the future there's a record of this situation if it ever were to happen again to other members of Fitness 19. He then told me that the employee, Gabriel or Gabe, no longer works nor represents Fitness 19 in Perris. I felt David knew the best way to go about a contract dispute. He remained professional and calm all while keeping communication lines open, and listened to our questions and concerns. I felt he avoided future damage to our relationship with him and the business, Fitness 19. After reviewing the contract there were no issues in the dispute. I feel they should have someone who like a contract manager goes over all contracts created. It was poor business management, that they failed to notice a faulty contract before we did as customers. read more

I have been at member here for 3+ years. I attend 3 to 4 times a week. Every interaction with every staff member has been positive, motivating and I am always greeted with a smile and professionalism. I have read some negative comments about this facility and I can say that I disagree. I think that other members should red their contracts prior to posting complaints. My experience with this facility has been consistently an enjoyable experience. My trainer, George, continues to provide stellar expertise and support so that I can achieve my fitness goals. He is understanding and pushes me to reach my goals. His professionalism and commitment towards the goals that I have set for myself has been invaluable to me. read more

This new location is great. Staff is friendly and it's always clean. I signed up about a month and a half before they officially opened, so I started going to the Moreno Valley gym, but when this finally opened up I was ecstatic. I immediately set up personal training sessions. I have been with my trainer Justyce for over a month now. She is the best! Gives me some hardcore workouts and boy do I feel them a few days later, but I am satisfied with her and the work I have done with her. If you guys want a great workout definitely sign up and get justyce as your trainer. This gym if I remember correctly is open 24 hrs most days. Happy yelping mis amigos read more

Been going to this gym for awhile and is usually always a good workout leaving. The weights are always racked, never usually have to wait too long for a machine. Air conditioning keeps the space pretty cool, and can't forget to mention the best employees Carlos and Celeste putting in the best work. Would highly recommend! read more

I was very interested in switching to this gym so I did the free 3 days before committing. Thank God I did because while this gym is new and well-kept it's extremely overcrowded. I only ended up visiting that one day because every machine except the treadmills were taken. A lot of people are socializing instead of working out and they stay on the same machine so long and then their friends jump on it. This wouldnt be a problem if they also had more machines. At planet fitness they have at least 2 of almost every machine and 4 smith machines. This gym has one smith machine thats never available. The sales rep that helped me get the 3 day pass called me back and I told him I was no longer interested because it's too crowded and he said they cant do anything about that. There should be a limit in place or something because im not paying to only be able to use the treadmills. read more

HORRIBLE! I normally wear slides because I prefer to lift with no shoes for better form and I get a better posture. I was told at the door I couldn't proceed with my slides and went home for some shoes because I did want to get my workout in. I come back and I see a handful of people with crocs and slides, I complained to the manager and asked if they're picking and choosing because I was sent back. It's been a year and I had my membership pending cancel because I moved but lived through Perris my whole life and as time pass til I visited today, this gym still gets hella pack busy every hour, can't even get a full 30 min workout unless you come really early before they open. However before Covid, it was really chill and not as pack. Unfortunately there's not a lot of gym near in Perris which is understandable. However, I noticed they added some new equipment near the cardio but they should remove some more of the cardio since it's barely used. Overall, 4 stars for the staff really helpful for my membership cancellation and really wish the gym was big for the amount of people in this area for a local gym. read more

Fitness 19 stepped the game UP! Holy cow! This gym is beautiful. It even comes equipped with Red Light Therapy as well as a stand up tanning bed, and massage chairs. I've been a member of LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, and have visited 24 Hour fitness and this is legit the nicest gym I've ever been to. Don't even think twice about joining... just totally do it. This fitness 19 is full of brand spanking new equipment! Equipped with plenty of lockers, showers, faux mini field, free weights, spin classes, and a studio. Definitely convenient for me because they are open 24/7 during the week. I went for the first time last night at 10pm and it was completely empty! Exactly how I like my gym! Highly recommend it. Honestly, it's a very small gym in a pretty populated city. While I was using the bench, I couldn't find a 10 lb or a 5 lb for the life of me. They have the bare minimum equipment ( barbels, bench, cable machines, and some isolated leg machines). As I said, very small gym. So if you are planning on going around 4-8pm you'll be standing around waiting for areas to open up because it will be packed with people. I would try and find a different gym if possible. read more

This gym would be great but there's just so much ppl attending that you can't get a full workout in.. so many youngsters in groups of 3-6 are just hanging out around the machines not working out.. There's plenty of cardio machines not being used , which I highly recommend removing some cardio machines because we could use that space for more free weights or cable machines etc.. also recommend removing the little sofa section , that's a start.. also the gym opens at 7am and closes at 7pm on the weekends I don't understand why.. I would love to hit the gym before work on Saturday mornings or hit the gym Sunday nights but I cant unfortunately. The PARKING is pretty bad as well !!!!! While I have used this gym since it's opening day it's hard to say it has potential. The gym is always over packed or not even being able to finish a proper feel good work out cause of how hectic it is or not enough equipment. On top of that my membership was canceled without me knowing. I am not stating the gym associates were to blame but Ever since my renewal after COVID I never once. Canceled my membership to one day being told it's been canceled. Gym vibes are cool but not being able to get a work out ruins this vibe especially having to do 30+ min cardio work outs because of there being no machines. These gym is definitely ill equipped and the worst of all, the personal trainer program. They will get you into a 3 month contract, and continue to charge you after the 3 month obligation. The way they operate borderlines a scam. The gym itself has a unfriendly environment with a shady personal training staff. I would never recommend fitness 19, and especially the personal training program to anyone ever. Specifically the Perris location. The fitness 19 corporate level should be looking into doing an internal review on this location. I know there's others here with positive reviews because it's difficult to find a contrast between a quality fitness facility when the only competition in the area is planet fitness. read more

This gym has a ton of different equipment to use. There's usually a bit of people, but its usually not too hard to find a machine or whatever. Staff is super personable and always helping out and cleaning around. If you're looking for training Jon is awesome. Super knowledgeable and genuinely seems to enjoy working with his clients. Seems to walk the fine line between motivational and ass kicking pretty well. Overall it's a great experience all around. read more
