. These past 6 weeks have been a HARD CHALLENGE! Workout that's I felt incapable of doing struggling to complete needing to modify every workout in the beginning because there was no way I could do it. The environment at the Camp was nothing like I had ever experienced before. From the staff to the trainers and the members. I continued to go back because I felt that even though I was struggling every time somehow I fit in. I was welcomed, greeted and encouraged each time. Finding those members in the class that help when you need it or say "I'll see you tomorrow" and feeling like you're not alone makes such a difference. To the amazing trainers who taught me every day the correct form so I wouldn't hurt myself and cared more about doing safely and correctly rather that just fast. Pushing me to give it one more rep to challenge myself and go a little heavier in weight and attempt to jump the box. Thank you! Thank you for making me feel like I could come back again and again. To get out of my head and get over that feeling of embarrassment because I couldn't do something. To the staff who welcomed us every morning and evening and encouraged us after each weigh in to keep going and kept the facility clean and organized thank you for your words of encouragement day after day. I completed my 6 week challenge and lost 20.2 lbs and I feel so proud of myself. And thankful for the entire camp because I truly could not have done it with out you guys. The Camp has been my stress reliever my "me time" (never thought I would say that) and I learned exactly what my body is capable of if I give it the love that it needs and treat it well by feeding it good, moving and setting it up for success. If you have been contemplating on whether or not you should join the camp. Please do I promise you will not regret it whether you join the challenge or just as a member you will excel. What else can I say about this place that it hasn't been said already. Some of us love it and some of us don't. If you are ready for a change and are willing to give it your all give the camp a try. I did 6 years ago and have stayed ever since. I lost almost 100 lbs in 8 months earning my own transformation board. Like many I have been up and down in my weight loss journey but giving up has not been an option. You get trainers that come up with creative workouts that will challenge your body. You have mobility issues?? that's not a problem for them, they will modify it for you. I have learned so much with the help and support from everyone here especially from the camps director Izzy and staff Sammi, Ivette, Yessenia and Jacky. After my last 20lb challenge, I said I would probably not be able to do another one again, well I was wrong!! I just finished a Members Only Challenge that only required me to lose 15lbs in 6 weeks. Happily to say I completed my challenge with a 25lb loss. Learning about my body and what it does and what works for it has been a game changer. Bottom line is how bad you want it? No Excuses!!! You get what you put into it. Once you see the change you will be hooked. read more

Yesterday I did my last weight in for the 6 weeks challenge, I couldn't believe that I lost a total of 16.4 lbs. I feel much stronger, leaner and energetic throughout the day. The Camp is addictive to say the least. When I first considered going to The Camp I was intimidated and unsure, I assumed that I would encounter buff gym guys who would pump iron and yell at my face. Instead I noticed people of all shape size and different ages. Yes, there are some very fit people who are there sweating, working hard and encouraging you to push through and giving you high fives as you go. At orientation Izzy gave a very inspiring speech, you commit and succeed or you don't. The Camp gives you all the tools to succeed. Shoutout to all the trainers and staff who encourage to work harder and keep you accountable. read more

I completed my second 6 week challenge. I hit my 20 pounds exactly. It was a struggle because I went on vacation for a week and fell off the wagon and gained weight; but it was possible to finish strong. The staff and trainers were incredibly supportive. They never once scolded me or made me feel like I was a terrible person (I've had other trainers in the past elsewhere try and shame me for eating a bad meal). They told me that it was OK and they believed in me and encouraged me to stick with it. Had I not had their support, I would have thrown in the towel and given up. Where to begin... I met the Camp Transformation Center at Perris after mi wife talked me into it. I am currently in the 20 lb challenge. In the time of 6 weeks I lost a little more than 20 lbs. This is my first challenge. And I'm very happy of my progress, even want to say exited for the next one. Oh boy! I would like to say that this place is for people who are ready for a change, if you are ready to commit to working out The Camp is definitely the place to go. You need discipline and commit to do them, and give it your all, and the results will talk for themselves. I want to start by saying that the camp is a unique workout experience. I was always used to go to the gym and not really commit to it because any fall down. Every time, the more I fell down the harder it was for me to get back up. The camp allowed me to change my perspective and challenge myself. The camp allowed me to feel, commitment, motivation, and positivity. It is hard to feel welcome or not judged while working out whether is the gym, or school etc.. This is where The Camp Makes a difference , the manager Steve so welcoming from the beginning, the staff very friendly and helpful, the trainers are amazing specially Liz and Ernesto, they truly take the time and go out of their way to make sure every one is trying their best, they show us different levels and modifications to the exercises for the day, they are very helpful, for example: when they see that someone can't do heavy weights for that exercise they will rush to bring the right weight for you. Finally over all an unique experience, definitely will try it again and join the next challenge. read more

Six weeks ago I started The Camp Transformation Center's challenge to lose twenty pounds in six weeks. I was fed up with the weight I had gained and decided to take a chance with The Camp. After researching the program for about three months and taking a few classes, I decided to make the investment into my health. I am so glad that I did. Although I came across a few stumbling blocks, I continued to press through. The workouts were strenuous and I began having problems with my lungs where breathing during the classes became difficult. It got to the point where I went to doctor to find out I had exercised induced asthma. I was given a breathing treatment and placed on two inhalers to open up my lungs. Even though I wanted to quit, I continued to work through my respiratory issues. I even hit a plateau a couple of weeks only losing ounces. I stayed 100% FTDI and lost a total of 23 pounds. I would not have been able to do this without my AFF family. I want to thank the Director of my home camp, Jonni TC Munoz for encouraging me to believe in the process (Lord knows I lost faith a few times). I would also like to thank The Camps in Moreno Valley, Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana for awesome staff and workouts. All my trainers were amazing and I'd like to give them props for pushing me. David TC Hernandez, Stephanie TC Hess, Jimi Buford, Kaitlyn TC Vlieger, Jesse TC Trainer Franco, Katie Staub, Everette and few others who's names I cannot remember. You all have pushed me and helped me to complete this challenge successfully. Also, thanks to all the front desk staff who are always so positive. Jessica TC, Daniela TC Cano, Mirelly TC Vargas. Chad TC's vision to open a Perris location has pushed me in right direction to continue on this weight loss journey. Thank you all! ***Second Challenge Review*** The Camp Perris had changed my life tremendously. I have become mentally and physically fit. I have learned to eat and exercise properly. I have had the pleasure of visiting several camps to achieve my goals and I must say that the staff is always so positive and helpful. I have completed two challenges and lost almost 30 pounds. I have melted several inches and gained several non scale victories (NSV). I have even motivated family, friends and co-workers to start their fitness journeys. When you are healthy, it makes life so much better. I'm am glad I invested in The Camp and became a member. I still have a ways to go to meet my BMI. I am sticking with it to become the best me I can possibly be. Thank you awesome fit family (AFF) for your encouragement and dedication in this process. read more

I completed my second challenge and boy was it a challenge. We have been on a stay at home order since March and the camp has provided 2 daily workouts Mon - Fri and on the weekends you have access to other workouts via a private FB group. I did not lose my full 20 lbs this second challenge and thought I was done. Due to the covid situation and what I went through with the loss of a family member, I did not lose as much weight. The camp owners were understanding and let me have another chance to get to my goal weight. I had a few problems with communication during the last 2 weeks however later found out why. After a conversation with the owners I am able to do a PYC (pick your challenge) and got me on track to lose 15 lbs this last challenge. We are all going through challenging times and need to bring each other up, thank you Kevin and Sheila. read more

They take time out with you to help you every step of the way. They actually coach you through the good times and hold your hand during the roughest patches. Did I mention that they hold your hand and really help you to push through? From the meal planning to the workouts, they are hands down...PHENOMENAL! I am so happy that I didn't let ME get in the way of challenging myself at the camp! Thank you Derek, Monica, Stephanie, Marie, and Jonni for those kick ass workouts ‍ it has truly paid off! The ladys in the front are always nice and welcoming. All the trainers are very motivated and always give us a good work out. Love the camp!

I just finished my first 6-week challenge about a week ago. I accomplished my goal and completed the challenge with a total weight loss of 20.6 pounds. The Camp is definitely tough, but I would say it's absolutely worth it. They give you a comprehensive guide that lays it all out for you, and you workout a minimum of 5 times a week (to hit your required 30 check-ins). The staff was very friendly and made a point to get to know all of the challengers and members by name. They offered guidance throughout the challenge if you needed it, as well as encouragement. The workouts themselves varied by trainer and by muscle groups but were always challenging. I love that they provided different levels at most stations so that everyone could perform some version of the exercises at the level that was right for them. It was pretty cool to see the transformation in the other challengers as well as myself. My favorite part was the lack of judgement, and the encouraging atmosphere they created. Everyone who participates/works at The Camp is there because they want to be. The group itself was very diverse, the challengers were young/old, very big and very small, from all different backgrounds, races, religions, and yet we all got together every day just for an hour to focus on fitness. I thought that was pretty cool. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I'm definitely considering coming back soon! read more

Well I would like to say that I started with the 30 day pass which was really awesome they have that because you get a feel of the trainers and the camp, once my 30 days were up I started seeing the transformations on the challengers. Which motivated me to start my own challenge. The day of orientation I wish they can be a little more enthusiastic or I don't know personable, she pretty much said I don't care about why you wanted to start this but you have to remember and keep in mind your why. I was so impressed on how much the trainers encourage you to compliment the person next to you and the pep talks you get by some of the trainers. Two reasons why I didn't give it a five star is Bc one I wish any other trainer could train on Mondays but the one they have now, if he doesn't know you he's very quiet and as a challenger you kinda need that high motivation energy, two it does feel at times that the front girls have their preferred challengers and How they give advice/ warmth greeting to them. Its great that the trainers at the beginning of the class ask who is in a challenge but only one asked me once out of the six weeks how was I doing with the food and weight loss . All in all I passed my challenge and I would recommend this camp to everyone only if you are serious and committed to make a change in your life. This is no joke you need to commit and be in it 100%. read more

The Camp's 6 week challenge is certainly a challenge but most definitely attainable. I dropped 21 lbs in 6 weeks. Previous to the camp I was working out and eating healthy but was not able to drop the weight. Joining the camp and following their detailed yet simple nutrition plan, the weight came off quicker than I've seen before. I love the simple weight-loss plan The Camp provides with the challenge, makes it easy so as long as you follow it honestly. The environment has to be one of my favorite things about The Camp. The gym is filled with positive, friendly, and hardworking challengers, making the vibe infectious. All the trainers at the camp are supportive and positive, which helps ignite your self confidence and motivation. Im happy I joined The Camp, it made me mentally stronger and physically. For me, working out, losing weight and reaching my health goals can be quite challenging and at times frustrating. Was really sick for a awhile so getting back on track can be difficult. Having good trainers who motivate and watch your form is so important. The workouts are challenging, even as you build more strength it is still arduous. They have 6 week challenges for individuals to lose weight and get fit. If you do what they suggest. there is no way you won't lose the weight you need, and look great. The girls at the front desk are always positive and sweet. Love Jonny the manager, and the owner Chad cares about all his members. A great way to start your day. You will love it! I do. read more

Just started my 6 week Challenge. I was a lil discouraged at first but everyone is so supportive there.

I was treated so poorly. I get a phone call last week stating that I could get 3 free classes. The day that I went for my first day, I was told that the 3 day free trial was no longer available but they let me in for just 1 free day because I had gotten a call. I expected them to show me around, which they didn't. I wanted to attend a Zumba class, in which I had asked but instead I was in a cardio class that seemed too advanced for a beginner. The instructor never introduced herself to me or asked how did I feel about the class. When I finished the class and walked to the lobby...the person who attended me at front desk did not even ask me how I felt about the class or if I was interested in a membership and did not even say goodbye. I was completely ignored...I left very disappointed. read more
