A few of my girlfriends tried the BSK location, then some of my daughter's friends moms wanted to try as well. We came 15mins before class (as advised) so we can get a tour of place and how things run before taking class. They have bathrooms (with a shower) coat racks and lockers to place your belongings while in class. The staff and coaches were very friendly! We've had the pleasure of taking almost all the coaches and every class is different, every coach style is unique but they give you the individualized attention and motivation you need during class. The first class was an intense workout but I ended up taking advantage of their first month $99 promotion and plan on continuing. I love the way I feel especially after each class knowing that I was able to accomplish it, from the "assault" bike to the ski mill, ski erg to the erg rowing machine. I live for the community - the camaraderie feel. It gives me the Orange Theory meets CrossFit vibe. 100% give it a try, you will feel as if they rocked your world after the class but I can guarantee you- you will be back. I always felt comfortable (and still do) being at this gym. It is always clean as well! :) there are bathrooms with a shower if you need them. Something I love about F45 is that the coaches are knowledgeable and really challenge me to improve, even when I need to modify exercises. I have never been much of a self-motivator when it comes to fitness, so this is a big plus for me. There are cardio days, strength days, and combo days - you can pick and choose which days work for you. I have really seen a difference in my fitness and my confidence since joining F45. I really enjoy going and will continue to keep up my membership!

The coaches there are so motivational and knowledgeable. There are two coaches to every class so you always have eyes on you making sure that your form is correct. Which is something that is very important to me. Every workout is different, so being bored is not something I have experienced at all. There is a great mix of cardio and resistance so I am targeting my entire body. I start every day with a morning class, and when I don't go I truly miss it. The classes FLY by and I am buring between 500 & 850 calories per class. If you are looking for a studio that feels like a family, is an intense workout and something you will find yourself addicted to you should seriously take advantage of the one week free trial. You will walk out the door after your first class and wonder why you didn't try it sooner.

I followed the sign and I felt I was going to a Speakeasy. I am glad a good samaritan was right behind me and guided me through the basement area and long corridor. I just left their Tokyo class. I truly dont know why they call it Tokyo and kudos to the coaches - Jackie and Hernan! AMAZING. I told them my injuries and they provided modifications and suggestions amidst a very packed 9:30 am sunday class. Management - Please give them a raise!!
