This is NOT your run of the mill gym yoga studio, where you do 10-30 poses and stretches then leave, it's a place you can go to honor and treat yourself to some dedicated self care and also become part of a very authentic supportive community if you so desire. Not only is the studio perfectly put together with attention to detail in ambiance, but they also offer all of the props and tools you may need for class. It's been a place that I've been able to find sanctuary, peace and space to have time for myself to fortify, strengthen and love on myself -- A place I can fill my own cup so that I can go back and help others in my life too. The people that worked there could not have been nicer. I got the day pass, which lets you use the amenities, but you're not actually getting a service. Unfortunately, the sauna wasn't heating up on that day. So I was able to use the hot tub and steam room only. They were only two lounge chairs and two chairs in the women's wet area. I just didn't feel like the amenities were nice enough to justify the price for a day pass. They do have a lovely co-ed seating area with snacks and comfortable seating and I loved the little almond baked goods. I would imagine that if I got a treatment and had the whole experience, it would've been better, but I just didn't think it was worth it for a day pass.

All is in layman aka real life lingo, you do not have to be a yogi to follow along, or incorporate the learnings to your personal experiences. I have ZERO physical yoga experience, and even as a remote learner, Tina makes learning the moves, breathing and the RELEASE so easy. The best part of this group, is no judgement. Doesn't matter if you're an expert or a newbie, you will get something out of it. I am repeatedly amazed by the simplicity of the moves, yet I can FEEL IT. I've also done an individual reading from Tina. AH-MAZING. So accurate. SO HELPFUL. And thought provoking in moving things to perspective, and a right frame of mind that eases.
