I've worn Hoka's for years. In the gym and walking. In March of this year I purchased a pair of Hoka Bondi. Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Wish I knew his name. But I needed the Wide as I was training for a Camino de Santiago. A pilgrimage from Porto Portugal to Santiago Spain. I knew this was the perfect shoe for my Camino. Your feet have a tendency to swell when walking long distances, so I knew I needed the wide for the toe bed to be comfortable. The shoe was a perfect fit. I wore toe socks and wool socks for this 250 mile journey. Over large boulders, up hills and through forests, paths covered in tree roots, sandy along the Atlantic coastline. Rainy weather was no worries for these shoes. No problem with blisters. The shoes worked like a champ. Came home and threw them into wash. No issues. I think they're ready to go again. Went back to return the pair of HOKA sneakers. I had forgotten they weren't extra wide which is what I needed. Was a "regular" extra wide. It was mentioned to me days ago but I thought they were fine. It was uncomfortable. When I returned them I spoke with AMELIA. She was also a great salesperson. I appreciated her response to my dilemma. She was extremely helpful. Got the extra wide that I needed and back to wearing the HOKA's a different color but that's ok. My feet aren't feeling "claustrophobic". LOL. Great staff in this store. read more

I have recently had ankle reconstructive surgery and in need of a good sport shoe with a good arch support and strength. After researching on line, found HOKA to be a good fit for my needs and was available @ Fit2Run in the Southland Naples Mall. When we arrived we were greeted by Jessica, who went over a variety of options and explained pros and cons of each variety. It came down to selecting the correct HOKA shoe to fit my specific needs. The careful consideration and professional abilities that Jessica demonstrated was helpful. Having a variety of styles and colors in stock made it easy to find the correct shoe. A 1 star is a stretch! Went in looking for a pair a shoes, was told there would be a wait due to one employee on lunch break at 6pm. We waited in line for over a hour and never was talked to after that. The other employee showed up and started talking to customers without going in order or structured. We then went to this employee and asked for help and he walked away and proceeded to walk in circles trying to organize shoes. Probably by far one of the worst customer services from a variety of things from being ignored for a hour, lack of communication, no structure for waiting guests. My son needed new shoes for cross country. PHIL working in your store was AMAZING. We appreciated his knowledge and patience so much. You can tell right away that Phil was the best sales person there that day because another customer literally tried to poach him from us right in the middle of our purchase! They weren't happy with the salesperson that they had at all. Phil has a great personality too. Made the whole experience for my son and me so special. I can't wait to go back there for our new pair of shoes. I will definitely be calling the store the ahead of time to make sure that Phil is working that day. read more

Very lazy staff. No one payed attention to me or my wife. I was interested in buying a couple pairs of shoes there. I asked to speak to the manager, he came out and looked at me and then completely blew me off. Horrible attitude, lack of effort. They need to be trained better. Yesterday was my second time in this store I have plantar fasciitis and I need real good shoes for work, I ended up buying HOKAS the first time the service was absolutely horrible and yesterday was the same there was like 4-5 associates there I tell you what this store was a mess seems like a customer changed their old shoes and left them in the box that's how much the associates pay attention, and the associates just socializing behind the counter, the one girl helping me was eatting her chipotle behind the counter...like? Does this store not have a manager. Nobody has customer service skills not one person in that store. They need new management. read more

I purchased a pair of HOKA tennis shoes at this location. The salesperson was very nice and patient. I found a great pair that fit well and look great. I was disappointed when I noticed the bottom of the shoes were dirty and has small stones stuck in the tread. Obviously someone returned the shoes after wearing them outside. Which they told me was against their policy. I won't be returning them because I really like them. I just want to warn future buyers to inspect the shoes thoroughly before purchasing. read more

Beware! They are tricking people. Purchased one of their very expensive shoes and was encouraged to try them by the associate. Realized they were not the right fit and tried to return 2 days later in the box with receipt. They would not take the shoes without taking money from that to make me buy a membership because shoes had been tried on (which is what they told me to do). Very horrible customer service and shady policies. I do not recommend you go there! read more

Abby is such an energetic, fun, manager who keeps her store and employees in shape greeting guests as soon as I walk into the store. I came into this store because I am new to the area and wanted to try "running." The staff was so patient with me as they did the gait analysis and took time with trying out new shoes. I then saw a flyer about their "fun runs" and training program. I thought I would give it a try and now I am hooked. The store has everything a runner could want.. However, I would say the staff makes up the store. The manager and her staff do such a great job making every customer feel important. Furthermore, my training coaches have been a true blessing in my life. They believe in me when I want to quit..
