I have been a member of Title boxing for over a year now and I love it here!…read more William, Simon, and all of the employees and trainers are great! It is so obvious that they care about their members and take the time to get to know their members! The workouts are incredible and different from each trainer and they really help you out with technique so that you can improve every time. This is the type of workout where you get out of it what you put into it--some days I come in feeling exhausted already from a long day and try to focus on my form and then some days I come in and focus more on power and strength! If you've never tried boxing, this is definitely the place to start and keep getting an incredible workout!

I can't say enough good things about this gym and the incredible trainers here. What makes this…read moreplace different is how well the trainers truly know each member -- they understand your strengths, your weaknesses, and how to push you in a way that helps you improve safely and confidently. The workouts are always challenging, motivating, and never boring. As I've gotten older, I've become more aware of my physical limitations, but the trainers have been amazing at helping me work through those challenges instead of letting them hold me back. They encourage me to keep getting stronger, improve my balance and mobility, and believe in what my body can still do.

Working with the Elevate team, I have lost 70lbs and I am healthier than I have ever been. Their personal trainers are incredible and really help with form and motivation. If you're looking to get healthy, relieve stress, or just get moving, I highly recommend Elevate Fitness.

I certainly felt the burn and questioned if I"m getting enough "burn" back in Chicago. I took 4…read moreclasses here during my week in Dallas over Thanksgiving since it was just 1/2 a mile from my in-laws and had stellar Yelp reviews. The classes were easy enough to book via the mind body app. My instructors were David (the owner) and Asantra. Both are a bundle of energy, seem to have created an amazing community of gym rats and will kick your butt. They seem to switch up the exercises daily and it's a great combo of cardio and strength. I felt sore for the first time in months and therefore slightly less guilty about consuming all that Thanksgiving stuffing. The class is set up for circuit training stations. The first day I went was a small class of about 5, but then I had about 15 people in the rest of my classes. I was a little grossed out about sharing stations after others (the pandemic has made me paranoid), but there are plenty of wipes around and everyone did a great job of wiping down their stations before moving on to the next one. I'd definitely be a regular here if I lived in the Dallas area and hope to find a similar spot to "burn" some calories in the Chicago North Shore.

REVIEW OF RONIN FITNESS OF RICHARDSON…read more If you're committed to working hard to improve your health, strength, and endurance, Lex Ronin, Ronin Fitness of Richardson, is your trainer! I've been training with Lex Ronin since July/August of 2019 and couldn't be happier with the results achieved. Lex continues to be great to work with, even going virtual during the COVID-19 pandemic shut down of 2020, mixing routines up to stay fresh and interesting while having the maximum benefit toward my fitness goals. I began as a 67-year-old in reasonably good health who, in the previous year, had lost 60 lbs. and needed to firm up. I also wanted to build up (not bulk up) my upper body strength. I would highly recommend Lex. Meet with him. Discuss your goals and his methods. Take a trial workout session. Then make your decision. You won't be disappointed. This is the longest I've continued in ANY formal exercise/training program and plan to continue for the foreseeable future. Mark Lewis 8/21/2024

Not going to lie, the first few sessions kicked my butt and my lactic threshold was definitely pushed but each week got better and better! I have gone to various gyms/classes on and off over the years and done lots of cardio and work on the machines but now I know that what I really needed was a more classic approach to fitness that Lex provided perfectly. I've noticed immediate changes to my body and feel stronger and more confident than I ever have before. I highly recommend working with Lex if you want to make some changes!
