It is so obvious that they care about their members and take the time to get to know their members! The workouts are incredible and different from each trainer and they really help you out with technique so that you can improve every time. This is the type of workout where you get out of it what you put into it--some days I come in feeling exhausted already from a long day and try to focus on my form and then some days I come in and focus more on power and strength! Lex continues to be great to work with, even going virtual during the COVID-19 pandemic shut down of 2020, mixing routines up to stay fresh and interesting while having the maximum benefit toward my fitness goals.
